Minimal Value Click Funnel

David is a nice guy, and talking to him is great just don't buy anything from him.

While he clearly knows a lot about short sales, he is ultimately a greasy salesperson who takes liberties with the truth to get a deal done.

He will gleefully tell you that he charges 18% and 8 points for a gap loan. He will tell you that you get all his vendors and know how for the flip. Aside from the absurdity of that price, his vendors, from what I could tell, were dated and not nationally relevant.

I got his bottom and middle tier offerings which are just steps to draw you in to his 1 on 1, which is an eye-watering $70K! The tiers I got were not very useful. They tell you a lot of info that is mostly publicly available, but he does share a cool trick or two. Those tiers are marginally worth the price. He will always be doing the act now and get this price BS these sales gurus smear on what they sell.

All he offers is it ultimately does not matter till you find someone who is willing to talk. This is where the dishonesty comes - What he is really teaching is how to be a pushy telephone salesperson which is ok if he said that. He never does say that. He says he teaches you about short sales. He sells a marketing program that is garbage. I actually had worse results with his marketing than just out of the blue cold calling.

Long and short, save your money. Like all gurus this is more fluff than value. If you want to learn to be a sleazy pocket-picking telesales person ok otherwise get out there and really help people. Short Sales are an arrow in a quiver not a solution to actively go push. Yes you can make a lot of money if you are as sleazy as Dave but its not likely and its potentially illegal.
