Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Tuesday.

I had excellent service,any queries I had were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I dealt with Lorraine who was very friendly whilst remaining professional. She even called to tell me my rug was in early and would be delivered next day. My only disappointment is that the rugs colours are not what I thought. Simultaneously I was dealing with Groupon, suffice to say a total nightmare! Thanks again and will certainly use you again and would recommend you to others. Maureen Hally

Quick and efficient dispatch. Problem with the delivery company not delivering as promised was sorted as soon as I contacted The Decorators Store. Staff pleasant and efficient and promised to deal with the problem. Phoned me back to tell me they had followed up with the delivery firm who would re-arrange a delivery date. Phoned the next day to confirm the problem was sorted and the item arrived a few hours later.

Thanks for taking the time to place your review, I would just like to correct a couple of points that are not factual in your statement, the website clearly states that the 7-14 days is approximate, and it also states these are working days.
All products purchased from a website need to be paid for at the point you order unless you hold a credit account with us. We at the Decorators Store make sure we keep our customers informed at all times during all processes from ordering to delivery and beyond when the need arises.
Unfortunately with rugs as these need to be imported from Holland there can sometimes be delays out of our control so at this point we do our best to work with our customers to their satisfaction, knowing that two members of my staff have explained this over the phone and given you a few different options I feel we have succeeded in keeping you informed.
We thank you for being a return customer and coming back and buying another rug from us and are sorry that this second purchase wasn't as smooth as your first one was, we are also trying hard to bring your delivery date forward as we said over the phone we would try to do for you.
