I ordered Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Temporary Face Tightener and received a poor replica of the product.

The package does not match what I order at all. I have emailed them 6 times team @ thedermalabs.com and they don’t even respond. Am I surprised? No. But I really wish I didn’t spend £22.99 on this company as they are clearly scammers. How is this allowed? Wish I could add pictures for you to see what I ordered and what I got.

Not even a one star.
2 months I've waited.
They emailed me full of apologies , then said it's on its way.
Now I can't even get into their email to respond.
Have constantly requested a full refund.
Nope nothing.

Absolute scam, over a month on and no product! Attempted to contact various times and have had no reply! Disgusting company!!!!

Ordered back on January 29 now its March 4. No products received. Received a few replies by Customer Care but no clear answers instead I am refered to check online for status of package.

Disgusting scammers!! Ordered a product on the 6th February, contacted them to find out when it was being sent out for delivery, was told to follow “tracking” tried that and it said on the tracking page..”oops looks like you how no authority to follow this page” contacted again and was told the same thing “follow tracking “ and the guy emailing me back was so patronising!!
I don’t understand how companies like this can get away with this……lesson learned! Next time read reviews…..🤬🤬🤬

I do not want to give these scammers á single star but I have to warn others about this scam, I ordered a product from them and paid over 60$ on the 18th of January and now its the 3 of March and still no product and they emailed me some excuses for about a week and then just stopped answering me and now I cannot even look at theyr website,its like they blocked me or something because I told them I will contact my credit card provider and flag them as fraudulent witch I am going to do as soon as I leave this review since I have given them enough chances to make things right.

Absolutely disgraceful scammers. I ordered a certain product, yet what I received wasn't even remotely like the item I ordered. I emailed them to request a full refund as they sent me the wrong product, and I was fed a load of rubbish about brands changing their names and that the product does exactly the same thing. This was a load of rubbish. What I received was useless, and not fit for purpose. Despite several emails to them I haven't received any responses at all. None of the links on their website work. The only way to contact them is through their email, and that is a waste of time as they do not respond. Stay away from them. They are con artists.

This company is a scam. Never received any product i ordered. Have send number of emails & no reply. I am gonna try to contact my bank to report them. Never ever again 😒🙄

Product never arrived. This is a scam company. Now the website is down too. Should be a ZERO star option.

Never received the order. After several emails still no response or update. And now the website does not seem to work anymore.... Big scam! I Should have read the reviews first before ordering.

After my order arrived 3 weeks later it was a DUPE product - I emailed and complained and they told me to keep it - apologized and said they would send out the correct order - That was 3 months ago and now all email addresses given and used are appearing as address not found - DO NOT RUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered products as per ad; Peter Thomas Roth face tightener but received smaller than stated tubes with some obscure product. NOT original. Complained in email and got speedy reply with explanation fuff regarding "same product, new design bla bla". Complained again asking for correct product and demanded money back. Received full money re-fund in a couple of more days.

Ordered a 100ml skin product, and when it eventually arrived (took 5 weeks, and with considerable delivery charges added) it was completely different. Different brand, and only a 30ml size. These guys are scam artists, especially after reading here that everyone has experienced the same thing. I will be following up to get a refund for sure

I agree with what’s been written here. I was sent a completely different item from a Chinese adress. The packaging was different and the branding was different. No replies on any contact email. My advice is to put a claim in with your bank so that eventually credit cards companies will drop this scam company.

Absolute SCAM As others said was sent a totally different product which is clearly fake. Sent email and won’t hold my breath!! Too good to be true and I should have done my homework. Bought credit card so I will be disputing this with the CC company and notifying trading standards and reporting the Company !!FAKE FAKE FAKE !!!

Scammers. Please don't order from them! Ordered Peter David Roth eye cream, received Chinese-branded crap in return.

As everyone else has said. It’s a scam. Received a cheap product that does not contain the same ingredients as the original product. Should have checked the reviews.
