Dice were badly damaged.
When I contacted their support for a replacement, they were very helpful, being willing to send the replacement to a new address, but failed to confirm receipt of the original dice until I asked and took four days to send the replacement pack and send me a tracking ID. When the new dice arrived, they were slightly less damaged, but still looked as though they were second-hand.

After a first look it appears that you have incorrectly filled out your shipping address which caused a failed delivery. You would also have received a tracking number for your order that shows this and that the item is now being returned to us.
Easy to navigate, quick delivery.
I found the clearly defined ranges and offers easy to navigate with clear product images and descriptions. They arrived quickly and well packaged. Will definitely use them again.

I placed an order well over a month ago. It is/was a gift for my sons birthday. It has now been 10 days SINCE my sons birthday, and there is no sign of the parcel. I am really disappointed in this, as you can imagine.
