Thedioro experience (Please read!!)
I was first very skeptical about This vendor.
I have accidentally (because of internet issues), ordered twice the same item.
I have sent an email and explained that it was not my intension to have the same item to be ordered.
Thedioro team has responded promptly that my order was received and will be worked out accordingly.
I have received a confirmation that the wrong / additional / unintended order will be revoked, and they have booked back the order immediately after confirmation and in the meantime received the paid amount back to my back account.
I have received a set of nice shoes after 2x weeks from Thedioro.
The quality of the leather shoes are excellent (very recommended!)
I am not in position to judge the negative reviews from others with respect to this vendor but from my experience, they do communicate appropriately but somehow, I believe their emails will be received in the “Spam” folder of your given emails which you will never check and that would be one of the reasons people think that they have been scammed!
Once again, I would like to thank Thedioro team for their support and the wonderful products that they have provided on my end.
