Fast efficient service
Fast, efficient service. Very competitive price for my item. Also a free speedy delivery with options to pay more for a quicker service, but no need as item arrived quickly. This is due to the company using a branded carrier (DPD) .

Let down a little by DPD
Not the vendor's fault but delivery via dpd was poor, sadly. Didn't show on the alloted day. Also not a store issue, but the Reloop Mixtour Pro I purchased does not work with Android, despite trying all the fixes Algoriddim suggest. Such a shame... it's a great product but this issue has limited the use case for me.

Brilliant customer service and great…
Brilliant customer service and great discount on a pair of Adam H200 headphones. Rang the shop to ask rough estimate when the headphones would be back in stock and spoke to a very helpful and friendly man who advised me when this would be. As soon as they were back in stock I received an email to let me know and on the same day received an email confirming they were on their way. The item was well packaged and I couldn't be happier.
