Wrote numerous times to obtain a return authorization and address but never got a response

The brush never arrived and customer support doesn’t reply back to emails.

The brush is all you said it would be, and is well worth the investment.

Late deliverey. And did not get all I ordered.

Yes very happy with my doodle brush

Absolutely perfect brush for my doodle. I was hesitant to buy because of how expensive it is and I worried it would be a scam, but genuinely I'm amazed with this. My dog doesn't squirm during brushing anymore and it doesn't hurt, plus she looks better than she did with any other brush I've had. Thanks so much :o)

I wouldn’t try using anything else!

I have toy poodles and one has a very soft coat. This brush is better for her coat than her sister who has the typical more wirey coat. It cuts through any mats faster and with less pulling than my old slicker brush. She also doesn't seem to mind being brushed with it.

This brush has made managing my doodle’s poodle curls easy! Thank you! They actually look forward to brushing time!

Great idea having a brush for doodle types but my dog still not liking it. I find the ends very sharp and if not brushing correctly the dig in. Only manage ears and tail with the small brush. Find the combvery handy but have to brush the rest of him with old brush. Doesn't help that he hates grooming and I have to muzzle him. Good job he goes to professionals too but he still hates that.

Love the brush for our new pup! We ordered the small for now and larger for when she gets bigger (which won’t be too much longer now!) Highly recommend!

Order 2 weeks ago no sign of any brush wish I had checked this before I ordered looks like I am out of pocket lesson learned

Paid for order, but no brush. Sent several e-mails to the company without any answer.

Ordered this product over a week ago and still waiting for it, no communication on shipping update , e-mailed company still waiting for a response, am I ever going to receive it or am i £50 out of pocket

I ordered this over a week ago and despite sending emails I have received no response. They have no phone number to contact them. Very disappointed in their service and wish a refund

It definitely is a good tool get rid of mats, however you need to be careful how you position the brush as it is almost as sharp as needles

This brush makes grooming my Cavapoo a little easier although she still isn’t keen! I bought the narrow one so that brushing her cheeks and head is easier. It does work but the price is very high. Unfortunately I had already tried several brushes before this one - and this one is all I need!!
