A Shopping Savior!

I was charged 3 times for the same…
I was charged 3 times for the same outfit. Once when I first purchased it a month or so ago with some other stuff. Now again today within 5 minutes of each other I got 2 emails about purchasing the same outfit I paid for months ago. So I'm out 150 for a 50 outfit

Awful awful awful customer service
Awful awful awful customer service. Stay far away from. Cannot get an answer through any of their channels - links are all expired, chat function doesn’t work and emails take waaay longer than the requisite 48 hours they claim to get a simple reply. Clothes are cheaply made and not at all representative of the brands they allege “Stella McCartney” or similar. Great idea terrible execution.
