Excellent service and quality and what a variety of tasty treats I was able to order.
I intend making up some Christmas mixes and making some Christmas cellophane cones, putting these enticing, original little treats in like gooseberry or orange in dark chocolate and mulberries etc alongside different types of nuts, some nibbles that many people have never tried before and giving them out to friends and family as a pre-Christmas treat. A little surprise for the taste buds of people i enjoy all year but who aren't on my Christmas present list. Just to let them know that I am thinking about them and want them to enjoy a few special little treats from me.

Chocolate coated nuts are great, being introduced to chocolate covered gooseberries was special!

The items and packaging were of great quality. Although part of my order was initially missing, one quick phone call resolved everything, and the remaining items were sent out promptly. The customer service I received was excellent—I can’t fault it at all.

Good service pretty quick delivery. This is the second order I have placed for yogurt coated hazelnuts. I usually get these from the grape tree shop but they never seem to stock them on a regular basis. These ones are lovely. Small nut with just the right amount of yogurt, tasty and sweet. I actually prefer these ones.

I give cranberry as a food supplement and a treat for Jesse he loves them 😃

I'm afraid I have to leave a negative review here. This was the second time we've ordered from The Dried Natural. Everything went well the first time, but our second delivery got lost. The loss was due to an irresponsible Evri courier. However, when trying to resolve this issue both with The Dried Natural and Envri, we expected more help from the team at The Dried Natural. We were hoping they would communicate with Evri on our behalf and offer a full refund since we flagged this issue straightaway both with them and Evri and provided sufficient evidence, however we didn't get the help we were hoping to get. I'm afraid we won't be ordering from The Dried Natural again; which is a shame as their products are great.
