All went well. Online ordering is really simple. Timely updates and delivery on time (even quicker than advertised). The reason for taking 1 star off is - the font size on the card could be a bit bigger. Now it seems the PDF version of A4 was squeezed on to a tiny ID card. Other than that - very happy and definitely would use again.

Only thing that let it down for me was…
Only thing that let it down for me was the QR code on the front takes me to the Drone Code and the one on the back to my info and the where to fly map. the other way around would have been more useful to me as I intend to keep it in an ID holder which covers the QR I would use most.

It's like your certificate but pocket sized...
Though I would get an ID card instead of carrying round my certificate. Why didn't I do this sooner! Well made and professional looking ID card. With a QR code on it, taking you to my details. Perfect for my needs, also the stickers are a nice little touch to personalised my kit.

Purchased these stickers and received no packaging information or tracking. Received the stickers and have tested the QR before I put them on all my equitment and never received any emails or message about my lost drone. Very disappointing

Hi we send an email regarding the order and dispatch which you do not appear to have received. When you purchase from our website you choose which postal service you would like. If you select Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class post which is the cheapest option, it does not come with tracking. However if you pay for 24 or 48 service it will. In regards to the QR scan, again we send an email. You may wish to check that these emails have gone to your spam folder. as this is case for 99.9% of these occasions.

Good work, letter to Germany takes two weeks only. Unfortunately due to Brexit 1.78 EUR customs duty and 6 EUR to DHL as a "flat rate for expenses" ("Auslagenpauschale").
