This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Please be careful. They took my order and then cancelled without explanation after a few days of taking my money. I had to wait a month for a refund after taking action with my credit card company.
Their communication was awful and have yet to explain why my order was cancelled. Their website was down and I had no contact number. Avoid using this company at all costs. Giving them one star is far too generous

avoid this scammers

I found the drone on Facebook market, a guy sent me a link throgh the messenger to their website this dronezone, after few unseccessfull atempt with 3rd party payment system finally did pay the very seductieve price, during unseccessfull payments the guy even 2am asking me throgh messnger like "any luck" (how unprofessional bothering the customer 2am?)
After succesfull payment they issued a tracking number, but on website of courier seems they never sent the item off, for many days trying to email them, chat them, suddenly for me the live chat option disappeared, and no any respons at all from them.
today i am going to report to credit card company as a fraud payment...

really did you chase my item? then what is the reason you are not responsing amy of my emails and in extra I can`t log in into my account on your website, it says unknown email address even i had account with you!! might be you`ve deleted my account to cut loose ends or what? in 15 years i live in UK never meet this kind of lier scam company

Hi Attila, yes we had an issue with the payment processor and you was refunded back to your account, we did explain this. We have a few sales reps on social media who advertise the business for us so we can only apologies if you received a message at 2am.

We have chased the parcel up with Yodel and are awaiting to hear back from them in regards to where your order is.
