I ordered 3 saw for Christmas Gifts from this shop and the 1 stopped working the first time it was used. I contacted them about getting a replacement and they said no problem send a video to show it is not working! Which I did over a year ago. I have followed up almost monthly and as so many have said get the same reply each time and blame COVID. I have asked for a refund and nothing! I will never use them again, and hopefully you will not either!

I wish I had read this first, they took my money for a chopping board and containers. It took seven months to arrive. it is a cheep bamboo chopping board. Definitely not worth $70 and didn't come with the containers. The company refuses to get back to any of my emails.
I've asked for a refund several times and nothing has come from it. About to take it to consumer affairs!

Some early hiccups in the beginning. Was difficult in the beginning with the communication over logo. However, after the mix up was taken care of things went great. May called me and helped walked me through some steps to get the store launched and sent me some great marketing advice. Email can take some time but when respond its in depth. Thanks for the help. Hope it works out!

I ordered an item on June 1, I received a confirmation within a day. I never received a tracking number to follow the shipping. Here it is September 26, I still haven't received my item, nor have I received a tracking number. when I send an email I get the same form saying due to Covid 19 they are experiencing delays. They are eager to tak your money, but they don't send you the product you ordered. It is a terrible company - don't buy anything from them!

I ordered $60 of paint by number kits in April, its now almost October. I was charged up front and have never received my order. I have contacted the company several times and only once got an answer. All they say is delay in shipping,covid, sorry. I have asked for my money back and never got it. These people are crooks who took advantage of covid as an excuse for poor now criminal business.

Bad. Bad. Bad. I also ordered from The Original Paint By Numbers in May, 2020. 4 months and many email inquiries later, still no merchandise. The tracking number link from CHINA POST has since expired.
Interestingly enough, the automated email response I got today was exactly the same as the previous 6, except that it came from an email address for Premiere Trust Store. So new name, same scam. Still out $65.00

Scammed out of $50. Ordered some paint by numbers back in late May/early June and never received them.

During the holiday season last year, I ordered something from this site. When I received my package, the product was completely different from what I saw online. The image on the website didn't match with what I got, so I contacted the company again to get a refund. They agreed to that and even sent me the return address, but I had to pay the shipping fee, so I ended up spending more money just to send it back. Months went by, yet I heard nothing back. But one day I saw the package returned to me saying Return To Sender. I contacted this place again, I still got no answer. I don't know if it's due to this COVID-19 crisis, but they are very unprofessional in how they sell and handle their products. They misled me by putting up the wrong photos of their product, and don't seem to want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I hope someone from this company reads this and fix the error of their ways, because this simple mistake just cost me precious time and money. So whoever is reading this from dropshipshop.com, I advise you to learn your lesson if you want to continue your business.

This is the second time I have ordered from the dropstore, and cannot fault any part of the ordering or delivery process. Delivery was especially fast, delivered within five days of ordering.

My package took 3 months to get to me and even though I did actually receive a package, FINALLY, it wasn’t what I ordered. And the email they provide only gives you automated responses and you can’t get any help from anyone

Bought a small sanding machine. Two months later I received only the sanding belts. Seweral mails later I’ve given up. Then respond quickly but always the same.
DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY it’s a fraught.

I ordered a custom paint by number a couple years ago and had no issues. I placed an order in April for 2 more custom orders hoping for the same result. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. After waiting 3 1/2 months for my items I finally got the first one. Instead of a picture of my dad I received one of an ugly owl. When I finally got the 2nd one about 2 weeks later, instead of a custom picture of my family, I received a picture of THE SAME UGLY OWL! The fact that they are the same incorrect items leads me to believe it was a deliberate "mistake." Needless to say, I requested a refund and I'm currently waiting for a response. Totally disappointing considering I had such a good initial experience.

Order was placed 2-29-2020.
It is now 7-31-2020.
NEVER RECEIVED ORDER!
I only received an auto-generated reply.
I have contacted them 5 times.
Bogus company.
Save your money.
Do not buy from this company.

Order was placed and paid for on the 8th April '20. they sent me a confirmation on 8th April. Email on 15th Apr to say that they were working on the order. Email on 5th May to say large volumes with orders and delays. Between then and 25th July I sent 5 (five) emails to say nothing had been delivered and got a generate email from Samantha each time, which was very frustrating.
But low and behold package arrived Today! All present and correct. Took a long time but it did arrive. So I can not say this is a scam but the delays are Dreadful in deliveries!
Or maybe I am just one of the lucky ones.....

DONT FALL FOR THIS TRAP !!!
Placed my order in April 2020 from https: //originalpaintbynumber.com/. They charged us right away, instead of waiting until the item is shipped. Confirmation email comes from "info(at)originalpaintbynumber.com via shopify.com". Try to view your order from the email and you get "404 Error - Page not found". Received shipment notification on Jul 2nd from "info(at)menleatherbelt.com via shopify.com". When trying to track shipment from China (https://t.17track.net/) this is what I get "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later.". Tried to contact them multiple times at info(at)originalpaintbynumber.com (the only contact info on the website) and gets this automated reply, from "support(at)dropshipshop.zendesk.com":

Never received my product, a helpful reply, or my money back. Don’t fall for it

My order from 4 months ago from Paint by numbers has not come in. The only email I keep getting is one from this company stating the same thing as others have received. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

Bought a canvas from their paint by numbers website. Still not received it after 4 months. They're a scamming site. You only get an automated email back and there's no contact details at all. Do not use, ever!
