I had a similar experience as other people have described below ie. the product I ordered wasn't sent / didn't arrive / no postage information and excuses from Vincent.
I managed to get my money back through my bank as I used a credit card payment and lodged a complaint that way. Would suggest this as an option to those who didn't pay with PayPal and haven't received their promised product.

I ordered a DVD box set from this company a number of years ago, before PayPal unfortunately.
Like most reviews here, I was told the package had been sent.
It never arrived.
Upon being advised of this they said they had sent another one.
That didn't arrive either.

Ordered DVD in March it never arrived. a replacement was supposedly sent. it also never arrived. asked for proof of posting and was told it's not possible. luckily for me I used PayPal and have received a refund. This mob are nothing short of scammers

Vincent, you are a thief.

Do not ever order from this company and expect to receive the goods. They will happily take your money, but you will receive nothing other than emails (after you have enquired about the non-arrival) assuring you that the goods will arrive. They don’t! Vince of DVD Hut is nothing other than a shyster. Buyer beware!!

If I could give zero stars then I would, Multiple times am I in communication with Vincent, where he assures me that he will resend the package that never arrives, He assures you that your purchase is on its way, when the first package doesn't arrive he tells you another one is on its way by another method, then after weeks and weeks of that not arriving he says he will send it out using Amazon mail, but when I ask for proof of dispatch he says he can't provide me with any and now has stopped communicating. I would never recommend the Dvd hut I payed over $200 and got nothing but thin air and false hopes.

Update 14.03.2023 No emails and no DVDs received.

Absolute scam my dvds never arrived. After a number of emails back and forward they would say they would follow up with the postal service and provide a refund neither have happened.

Still wating for the product. It's been months. Plenty of polite emails but nothing.

When I googled Box Set Shop - it was linked to the DVD Hut. I then thought I’d read some reviews about DVD Hut. This is where it gets weird as I noticed some of the 5 star reviews for the DVD Hut were written by people who “work”at The Box Set Shop (Cath Evans). I know this as I’d been in contact with “Cath” to track an order that never arrived. Even more interesting is the modus operandi is the same for both businesses. Take your money, no DVDs arrive, repeatedly promise to resend the DVDs, no carrier information, no tracking of parcel, no refund. Block, avoid and report both of these businesses as they are scams.

Order placed in June and paid for,nothing arrived, contacted DVD HUT, they said they would send a replacement ,sent on 17th August, nothing arrived again ! Contacted them yet again and requested a refund of payment, no reply ! Can understand an item going missing maybe once in the mail, but certainly not twice ! Delboy.

Buyers Beware , they happily take your money , you never receive your order after numerous emailing back and forth and a promise of it being sent via amazon it never arrives , that's money I will never get back .

Ordered a DVD box set in November 2021 and still haven't received in February 2022 (at the time of writing). The first time I contacted them, Vincent was very nice and said that he would sent a second set. The second set did not arrive either and they are no-longer answering my e-mails. I tried phoning their contact number but it is not going through. Others have had very similar stories.

Absolute scam this company. Once paid, DVD's never arrived. Numerous emails were sent, the story was always the same, "so sorry, I have resent them via priority mail." This was the response from the DVD Hut on several occasions. It's a pack of lies. Save yourself money and considerable trouble - buy elsewhere, somewhere reputable.

I purchased a DVD box set that never arrived. After a long time and many emails, another was sent. It didn’t arrive either. It took a long time between emails (which were very helpful and polite I have to say!) but I am left feeling confused and annoyed that I am part of some scam. What’s the point? Are they hoping people will forget or be too scared to demand a refund? There are SO MANY reviews saying the same thing. If only I read them before becoming caught up in it. Confusing and upsetting!

This is a scam. Do not use this vendor!
After 4 months of correspondence using what now appears to be clever email templates to appease customers, "Vince" (is there only one person answering complaints?) is dragging-on processing my refund, and tried to get my credit card details although I paid using PayPal. Save yourself some grief, no matter what they promise, this is not worth the hustle.

Not happy Vincent. You are a smooth talker, but that's no excuse. I ordered a boxed set back in January this year. You keep promising that you have sent then resent even bringing Amazon into it.
Well I'm totally discussed with your organisation.
A refund with damages would be appropriate.
A very unhappy victim.
