This is a scam
This is a scam, and they've clearly paid people to write five star reviews. They ask for all your information then presumably sell it on, I've had about 20 missed calls from different mobile numbers since giving them my information.

They put me.in touch with a totally unsuitable heat pump provider
They claim to put you in touch with heat pumps installers in your area. They actually put me in touch with a company with a depot over 175 miles away and who , after trying to contact me when I was working, didn't bother ringing at an agreed time. Not heard from them.since.

The major problem is if you want to remortgage or do equity release.
