Fantastic. If anyone is looking for a solar battery I highly recommend Craig and the team at The Electrical Group. The process to order the battery and book a slot was simple and straight forward. Nothing has been to much trouble for Craig. For the couple of instances I needed to ask post questions Craig has been on hand.

From start to finish our experience with the installation of our solar panels eith TEG was one of confidence in the company, professionalism and expertise from Craig and his team. Craig kept us informed and explained every procedure fully and expertly. The after care service has been second to none with Craig contacting us to see if we were happy with everything.

Fantastic service, open helpful, local and a great price

After gathering at least half a dozen quotes for solar PV and battery systems with wide ranging advice on what would work best, Craig gave me the confidence that TEG would be my best choice. Absolutely delighted with the installation. Craig cares about doing the best he can with an attention to detail rarely seen. We've been reaping the PV rewards since August and since having the battery installed around 6 weeks ago, it's saving us a fortune every day.

The complete installation took a while but that was down to supply availability of battery and EV charger.

TEG fitted and commissioned a set of solar panels, a Solar Edge management system and a battery. It’s not been an easy time for supplies -— at one stage there was a new story from Craig’s suppliers about where in the world the battery was, and in what way it was held up. Throughout any difficulties Craig was engaged, committed and supportive. From corralling scaffolders to implementing profiles for the Solar Edge , to finessing the communications from Western Power so that we could get our exported generation paid for Craig was exemplary.
We have recommended TEG to neighbours considering Solar.

The team returned to install solar panels to help us reduce our electric bills following the installation of our hot tub and rising fuel prices. Again, what a fantastic company. Highly knowledgeable & extremely professional. It was a pleasure to have them back.

Good discussion before my order, including options which made things easier and cheaper.
Work scheduled quickly. Started and finished on time. Minimal disruption (I was working from home).
All seems ok.

We had a new fuseboard installed. They provided an excellent service, explained any issues they had and did a brilliant job of tidying up the mess that was our previous consumer unit. All work was carried out to a high standard and was very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend and we are getting them back to fit new lights around the house.
