This company is an absolute rip off. I ordered a pair of trousers and almost a month after, and 2 delivery attempts, on which they didn't take any responsibility, my package still hasn't come. Despite of remaining at home expecting, the order passed from "due to deliver today" to "undelivered" at the tracker. And on top of everything, the tracker located the package somewhere in Australia, when my delivery address is in London.

Received my item after purchasing it via an ad on Facebook. Quality was absolutely awful and the item was damaged with threads and bits hanging off.

Contacted the company via email and they responded to ask for photos, I sent these off and they apologised and offered to replace. I explained that I would prefer to return for a refund as shipping takes a long time and I wouldn’t receive back in time for my event.

Since then I have had no response to my emails just completely ignoring me.

Now having to raise a dispute with my bank and report this business to Facebook as a fraudulent ad.

Avoid!!!

In response to the generic reply, I’m pretty sure over a month without any resolution is not a timely response. I’m still waiting….

My dress finally arrived a month later. To late for me to wear for the occasion I ordered it for. It vaguely resembled the picture. It is obvious that it is a knock off of the real thing. Would not recommend. Scam clothing company and not even cheap.

Received XL when ordered Large..wrong size.. Asking for help. NO respond. 2 mails later. Don't buy from this company. CALISSE!

They sold me what is clearly a cheap knockoff of what is listed on their website, so I did not receive what was advertised. I would never buy from this site again and would not recommend that anyone else buy from them either.

Scam company. Purchased an item before doing research on reviews. The item is way too small for the size listed. Contacted the company and they have been giving the same back and forth in email as others here have recieved. You won’t get your refund or be able to return which is not what they list on the website. Don’t be fooled. Avoid avoid avoid!

I recently purchased a few pieces from this Gothic clothing store and was quite impressed with the quality of the items. The selection was unique and the prices were reasonable. Shipping was fast and customer service was great. Overall, a solid experience. I'll definitely be back for more dark and edgy pieces to add to my wardrobe!

Drop Shipping Scam!!

Ordered what I thought was a nice looking pair of boots in what I thought was my size. When I realised the order was made in error, I tried to cancel and refund but customer service claimed that it had already shipped when it hadn't (what this meant was they had forwarded the order to the third party already). Repeated attempts to send back and refund the order were met with slow and off-topic customer service responses which claimed covering shipping returns would be too expensive and offering me a 40% off coupon for my next purchase. Not gonna happen!! Set fire to £50 GBP. Don't get ripped off like I was.

100% scam! Really disappointed with the experience. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering over £80 worth of clothing that was so small I couldn't even fit into them. When I asked to return item they advised it would be too expensive and offered me a 40% discount on clothes which is ridiculous. It litrally goes against their terms and conditions.

Don't order from this company. The clothing is shipped from China (takes super long to arrive) and you cannot return it if you are unsatisfied. I did not do my research. I ordered what I thought would be a dark, burgundy Victorian jacket for the character I play in a historic Halloween walk. What arrived was bright orangey red and comical looking with bright brass buttons. It looked like a ring master's jacket. I tried to return it, and they made me prove my case with pictures. It took three weeks of back and forth emails. Finally, they said sorry you'd have to pay to send it back to China and it's super expensive. They offered me a discount on another item....why would I want more purchases from them. I lost $60usd on the jacket:(

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this website. I ordered a lether jacket for $150 and when it arrived 3 weeks later it didn't fit. I have been reaching out to return the item and they only respond to emails on Thursday and Friday which seems strange, at first they wanted me to keep the item and they would give me a 40% discount on something else, not sure how that helps me!! Then they said it would be to expensive to ship it back. Now they want a picture of the item.... each one of these requests/responses has happened a week apart I am worried that we will soon be at a point where they wont refund me because it has been too long. I think they stretch out responses so they don't have to refund people. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS RETAILER!! Not worth the hassle!!

Shipping was a little less than two weeks, got everything that I ordered. The items were as described on website. The quality is pretty decent. Overall, my experience was good!😊

I believed this site was a legit clothing company, because I had successfully received a purchase from them in the past. But when returning to make another purchase, they manage to lose the package during shipment. That's one thing, but it was how they handled our correspondence after this was disclosed to me (approximately 3 weeks after I made the purchase), that made me believe this isn't a legitimate store. I don't want to tell the full story. But they neither refunded the lost shipment, nor responded comprehensibly to any of my requests about how they were planning to compensate me. It was like they stopped caring about me as a customer the moment I addressed them about the whereabouts of my package. Stay away from this site!!!

Great quality product, what was shown in the picture was what arrived in the box. People are complaining about delivery times when the company delivery info clearly states that international shipping can take up to three weeks, my order arrived within this time. I am very happy with my purchase and the price was great, my order would have easily cost twice as much from other sellers. I will be ordering from them again.
