Stitching terrible, horrible shiny flimsy material. Really disappointed considering how much I paid. Never again.

Fake advertisement or scam? The item does not look at all like the picture. It has no shape nor body ; a plaid blanket holds better. The fabric is a cheap thin layer of petroleum which you can see through, and it is undersized. Aftersales does not issue a return label, you have to ship it out yourself and absorb the risk at your cost, which is equivalent to the item’s price: what a good business that must be. All they do is reminding you that it’s their policy, which does not protect consumers as in EU.

Absolutely not worth the money. Should be Temu prices for what you get. Plus half the stuff on the website they sell you and you’ll receive a knock off which looks like a knockoff 😂

I ordered a leather vest from them. It was too small. Ask for refund. Giving me all kinds of excuses not to give me my money back. PLEASE DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

The pullover is made from high quality material and is sturdy and above all else is cute 😍

If I could give a zero I would! I hesitated but ordered a jacket from this website, money immediately taken from me. I got a response the next day saying jacket out of stock but for me to pick something else! I wrote I want my money back a full refund, now that’s been over 2 wks still no money. Buyer beware!! They steal your money and no merchandise! Now disputing with my CC! You shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble, I should have listen to my gut feeling it’s a scam company!

Item arrived and was unbelievably poor quality. Clearly a made in far east etc type product with nice images on a website

After contacting them for a return process I was told that the costs to send back would be “quite expensive “ but you can have 40% off another item or a replacement

To me the whole experience feels like a scam company who are not playing by distance selling regulations.

Placed an order two weeks ago and I still can’t get an update on when I can expect it to be shipped. I only got a response to one of my emails and it said simply that it was still processing.

This place is a scam, do not order from here. I Paid for a jacket the first week of September, and then a couple of hours later. They sent me an email saying it was out of stock will it never showed it was “out of stock” on the website. They proceeded to tell me that I can purchase anything else. I said no just refund me, they said it would take 7-10 business days. Long story short, I’ve waited close to 4 weeks to get a refund back. This place is a such scam

I don’t know where to start, I ordered 2 hoodies from this site, they took weeks to get here which I assumed it would, but when they arrived they were nothing like advertised, the quality was shocking, the doing was wrong, I later found them fo sale on Ali express which is where I’m now assuming they get their products from and sell them for 5x the price.
Tried to reach out for help and return and refund only to be ignored, lied too, and ignored again! Worst company I think I’ve ever shopped with selling cheap and tatty clothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It’s crap from somewhere in Asia & takes weeks to arrive. They steal pics off other companies & advertise it as their own. What I received is completely different from what was advertised. They want me to cover S&H for the return and pay a restocking fee. Dont waste your money. Find the item you like and do a reverse search in google to see where else you can buy it from.

It seems like all the 5-star reviews this company receives are 'people' specifically commenting on the exact issues customers have--issues with returns, not receiving refunds, products not as described, sizing chart not matching the product received, slow shipping speed. They all sound exactly the same. Are they actually written by real customers or are they generated by people who work for the company? If real people were reviewing the clothes they actually received, I would expect to see 2 and 3 star reviews alongside the crazy amount of 5-star reviews....but there are none.

One of the products I received was not as shown in the picture, and I found the image originally on the website joom.com--a site with an average review score of 1.6.

Another of the products I received was ALSO not as shown in the photos--the blazer was pictured with a chain detail on the left lapel, and nowhere in the item description was it stated that this was sold separately. I only purchased the blazer BECAUSE of the cute chain detailing, and was very disappointed to see that they just misrepresented their product. This image was also first found on aliexpress.com, yet another website accused of product misrepresentation, shipping and customer service issues, and frustrating refund processes.

These products cost too much money to be misrepresented. Will not be shopping this website again, and I urge others to do their research before purchasing like I should've.

Do not buy from this site. They will send you wrong item. Make you pay to send item back for refund and repurchase item. Then once you have sent package email you back saying they will not refund you so now i have no shoes and i am down $180. Very unprofessional and has been the biggest waste of my time
