Awful service. Take your money and disappear

Initial contact was regular and informative. Signed agreement and paid deposit for new windows. 9 weeks later and not been able to confirm the configuration for the windows and now all attempted contacts are ignored by them. Have confirmed I want to cancel the contract due to poor service, still no contact from them. There is a lack of contact numbers directly to the office and it's taken alot of searching to find a number and their website. There are alot of energy saving hub websites out there, this review is for 'The' energy saving hub in Bridgend
