The customer service was friendly and helpfully, the delivery was fantastic and the delivery drivers were amazing, super friendly. I had a little problem with the bed leg but nothing major and they came and put it right straight away so 5 stars from me

Super quick delivery of samples. We ordered our bed the next day and are very much looking forward to it arriving!

Lovely range of fabrics and colours, prompt and efficient sample service. I even received a follow up email to tell me they were updating some of their fabrics and that I may want to check the website again in case I’d like to order some of the new ones, which so did. Both sets of samples arrived together with their catalogue within a few days. Samples were good quality and a good size. I was able to quickly choose the colour and fabric that works best for us. Order for our new headboard placed and now looking forward to receiving and using it.

Terrible experience, company took 3 months to deliver after chasing and chasing. Refund was eventually processed but needed continuous chasing.

The requested samples arrived within days, even during a busy sale time for the firm and delays with the post. The brochure is helpful and well worth getting for more information and dimensions. The samples were a good size and helped with the selection process. So far so good!

The samples I received were absolutely lovely and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I did not receive all the samples I wanted so I was not able to fully explore the range as I'd liked. In the end, I went with a different company but I liked the designs of headboards at this company. I'd have liked slightly more pictures on the website of each item and more information about measurements, etc that would have made me lean more towards this company. Maybe next time!

We purchased a Bromley super king three years ago and have benefitted from great comfort, in style, since its delivery.
Unfortunately an over exuberant student decided to try bouncing on it… and broke a bracket!
I contacted customer support to purchase a replacement bracket but to my surprise and delight I was supplied a replacement without charge.

Great company and I’m in love with my new bed!

The English Bed Company delivered our new bed as guaranteed in the week running up to Christmas. The quality is beyond my expectations and the comfort of the slatted bed is also beyond my expectations. I chose the English Bess Company over a large department store as I wanted it to be made in this county and I shall now return to the The English Bed Co. If and when I next need new furniture.
