The customer changed their mind and wanted taller boards. English panelling were extremely helpful and qujckly sent out a replacement. This is a fine example of why to buy from a reputable company. Products are high quality and well packaged. The customer service has been exceptional.

Excellent service from this company. We ordered the georgian panelling and the quality is excellent -it paints really well and gives a really nice finish (unlike panelling from other places we've used in the past). We hadn't quite ordered enough to finish our project just before Christmas, and we were able to speak to customer service team who sent our order out very quickly so we could get our project finished. Excellent service, highly recommended and will order again in the future!

Like the previous review, this is also the second time I have used this company because their panelling and other products really are excellent quality. When I realised I had ordered too many panels on my latest order, there was no quibble about changing the order and they provided me with an immediate refund. Outstanding customer service from Jon and Emma, and although they do not have a telephone contact (which usually worries me!) they respond to emails very quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really excellent panels and fantastic service. This is the 2nd time I have used them, really good quality and look fantastic. Special call out to Matt the delivery driver from Voyager Logistics he was polite, helpful and helped me lift the 17 large and heavy panels to the location of my choice, excellent delivery service.
