Return policy is bogus - this is an unethical company
I read about this new company, and thought I'd order a few of their sweatshirts. They arrived in about two weeks, and the fit was ridiculous. Sleeves waaaay too short, baggy in some areas and tight in others. Just very poor quality, fit-wise. I contacted them for a return (which is advertised all over their site as free and easy). I got a response that my purchase was "final sale" (which was NOT mentioned anywhere on the site). So I am stuck with two expensive sweatshirts that are unwearable.
They advertise themselves as being ethical, but are anything but. They outright LIE about their return policy. I wish I had a screenshot of the page that had the sweatshirts, in order to prove that they were not "final sale." I NEVER buy final sale items from a company I have never done business with before.
