Terrible

I bought 2 of their skirts as the website said they were made of rayon. When the skirts arrived they were a scratchy polyester-spandex mix. They said they would refund all my money including the postage cost to get the skirts back to them. After contacting them multiple times I am still waiting for the postage refund. They are an untrustworthy business with poor quality merchandise.

Total scam site

Total scam site. Products are nothing like the pictures, returns if faulty are only at 14 days, but they won’t reply till after the return period has closed. Basically just gave these scammers 120aud for two pieces of scrap material. Should have read the reviews firstly. Trick for new players

Terrible after sales support

I have ordered several items over a couple of years and have always had a positive experience until my last order in July.
2 of the 3 items in my order were delivered separately but the 3rd item that I had purchased was listed by them as being delivered but it definitely was not.
I have sent several enquiries via their message portal and have not received 1 answer or reaction to my enquiry.
It is a poor way to do business and they have absolutely lost me as a customer, not because they messed up a delivery, that can happen to any business but because they have zero customer support when you need them.

No Product - Poor Customer Service

I ordered the items, and didn't receive 2 of the 3 items I received. The only item I did receive was after emailing to follow up.
I only received an email from the company after lodging a complaint with PayPal, and even then it went nowhere.
When I did claim a refund through PayPal because the items didn't arrive after 6 weeks, they tried to give me only half the refund they owed me.
I wouldn't be ordering from them in the future!

Scam Alert

Scam Alert - the item they send you is not the item in the pictures, it's a cheap Chinese version of it that barely resemble what you thought you were getting.
