Excellent to deal with. I bought mulberry silk pyjamas for my mum. She’s delighted with them. Margaret was great to deal with when I needed assistance with my order. I’d happily order again from them.

I bought a silk robe as a gift for a friend in South Africa. She was thrilled with it and considered wearing it as a dress as it was so pretty.
This item is a special gift to share with a special friend and it gave me such joy to see her reaction.
I have now bought a number of items from the ESC and highly recommend them as a place to go for that unique gift where elegance , quality & ethics shine through .

I had an issue and contacted support. It was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I‘ve ordered several times and I will order again in the futute. A company stands and falls with a cood customer service.

Nice clothes but very expensive transport Duty. There was no indication when I made the purchase that there would be additional FedEx Duty and VAT of nearly £70. I think the company should CLEARLY inform UK customers that a duty fee will arrive separately from the product and is not cheap.

I returned an order several weeks ago, haven't gotten a refund, and their customer service has totally ghosted me even though I've sent several emails to their info@ email address. Really frustrated. If you buy from this company don't expect to return anything.

I have bought both a pillowcase and a pair of pyjamas from the Ethical Silk Company. My wife loved the pillowcase I gave her last year so I've now bought a pair of pyjamas as a 4th
wedding anniversary present. The mulberry silk has a unique beautiful feel to it and the fact its created ethically is brilliant. The pyjamas look really great with the stylish block printing too, I think my wife is going to love them!

I am so so impressed with the shipping speed, especially with all that’s going on in the world today. I bought this as a gift for a friend, so I don’t have a personal review of the product. But the shipping speed, packaging, and quick response from the company was more than impressive.

This company is wonderful; their products are gorgeous, the delivery is fast and prettily presented, and their customer service is warm and personal. I love that their silk is ethically made, without boiling the silk worms alive in their cocoons - it's the only kind I buy now.

The two silk pillowcases I bought from them are beautiful and soft and feel really luxurious. The only tiny quibble that I have is that though their Queen size pillowcase is advertised as being designed to fit standard pillows, they are in fact a little bigger than standard. However, this doesn't affect how much I love sleeping on them and it won't stop me buying more in future.

Ordering was really quick and easy. Delivery was so fast and product wrapped so nicely, can't wait to give as a Christmas gift.
