Gareth was efficient and personable in finding me the job I wanted and helping me negotiate the salary I wanted.

Gareth offered good advice when I asked for it and was responsive to all comms. He also didn't hassle me. In my experience, recruiters have often been pushy and invasive - calling multiple times a day out of the blue, offering unsolicited opinions, etc.. This does not apply to Gareth. I found his comms style refreshing and it reduced the stress of the job-hunting process, which is inherently stressful.
