It's very interesting to be today with excellence, the experience really is good, In case you have to improve, the host should control better the participants to mute their microphones in case they talk in their business to avoid noisy, The group (participants) is not uniform so it's difficult to follow what's provided, anyway I enjoy with your offer, teachers are so patient it seems they are pedagogues, I appreciate this.
Reduce using French language to explain, I suggest to use pictures that's could improve focusing on the topics and let students make more effort to speak in English.

We would like to provide a few clarifications for informational purposes : You are referring to one of our free workshops that we regularly organize over 3 days for the general public.
This workshop is a distinct format from our intensive 4-month training program. It is open to everyone without any prerequisites, which naturally explains the diversity of participants and can make microphone management more challenging in this open setting. Our certified and experienced teachers, specialized in teaching English to French speakers, demonstrate great adaptability in meeting the needs of each participant regardless of their level.
It is also worth noting that your review was shared after only 2 out of 3 days. The third day was entirely dedicated to authentic English conversation simulations, during which idiomatic expressions and the natural language of native speakers were explored and practiced.
Regarding your suggestion about visuals, our syllabus reserved for students enrolled in our 4-month program already incorporates illustrations and carefully designed visual materials to strengthen understanding and promote English immersion.
