Fan of the Eyeology brand

I have purchased your product for personal use and gifts for my employees and friends. Not one of them has let me down. The eye massager hands down, is everyone's favorite.
I also appreciate your customer service, quick turnaround in shipping large orders, and response time to my questions.

EYEOLOGY? APOLOGY IS NOT FORTHCOMING

I purchased the eye massager on the strength of the claim that it could aid insomnia with the use of built in speakers. The speakers on my unit do not work and when I contacted the company they insisted I send video evidence! It's not easy to send evidence that the sound doesn't come through but I sent a photo showing that the Bluetooth was connected. However,Eyeology would need to take my word tfor it that hat there was no sound. The company appear to have given up on me and and are not offering to resolve this. I fear they are yet another example of a business who lose interest in you once they have your money. This has been a very expensive lesson but I have learnt never to trust the hyped up advertising.

I did have a look at your case and I can see that you also sent us a video of the problem and from the video we can hear that the bluetooth function is working well as there is audio sounding from the speakers. The bluetooth function is meant so you can connect your phone and play music/podcasts/any other audio from your Eyeology while getting a relaxing massage. There is no other purpose for the bluetooth function.

I hope this clears things up a bit!

Do not buy this

Do not buy this. It breaks after one year for no reason. I loved this and it helped my sleep. However, out of nowhere it stopped working and the customer service didn’t help at all. They expect it to break after a year and then that’s it.

Follow-through second to none

Eyeology follow-through was second to none!
The carrier advised my goods were undeliverable, so they went back. I panicked. I contacted Eyeology and they responded straight away. They confirmed my address details, chased up the carrier for me, and resent my order. They answered each of my emails promptly, and once I was given a tracking number, I felt I had some control and could relax.
Due to this dilemma, I received personalised attention from Eyeology all the way till my goods arrived. And all with no added expense.
Most impressive. Not to mention a top class product: the Eyeology Eye Massager.

Honesty is Eyeology true policy

This is the 3rd time I have ordered and every time I order I’m 1000% happier!! Eyeology is an honest company that is true with their products!! I have spread the word to co-workers, supervisors, managers, family and friends to purchase products by a name you can trust EYEOLOGY can’t go wrong with Eyeology!!

Poor customer service

I have put 1 star because I can’t go any lower. Please be mindful of your bone structure and density as this product bruised underneath my eyes and crushed the top of my nose. The company wouldn’t give me a free returns label and cost me £19.80 to return to them. You will have to pay this under their 60 day returns trial too. Took days to reply and to even send me a label for me to send it back even though I was paying. Still waiting for the correct format of terms and conditions to read which they referred me to as I have severe dyslexia and struggle with overwhelming amounts of information. Think twice.

Amazing product but hurts my nose..

Amazing product but if it's not in the perfect spot the goggles dig into my nose which ruins the experience.. But when it is in the perfect spot it feels amazing on the eyes and sinuses.. Has definitely helped pressure around my ears and the consistent migraines..

I’m using the product every day and…

Great Customer Service

I had ordered a scalp massager and 2 neck massagers. I ended up returning one of the neck massagers because I didn't need it after all. Lost my mail slip and Terence contacted the shipping department and located it so I could get my refund processed quickly. Great customer service and amazing products! I have 3 different ones from here and look forward to getting more.
