Our huge range of fairy houses and cottages make a fine residence for any fairy and we have fairy furniture and fairy garden accessories to suit every colour, theme or style. I had a really disappointing experience…

I had a really disappointing experience with The Fairy Garden. From start to finish, the service was far below what I expected. Jennifer, in particular, was extremely rude and obnoxious, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.

It felt like customer satisfaction was the last thing on their priority list. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone—there are plenty of better places to spend your money. I strongly suggest staying away and choosing a business that actually values its customers.

This person has never purchased anything from either my website or etsy shop.
I have no clue what he stands to gain from posting such a damaging review.

Item not sent

I was told that

The Chicken Coop was out of stock when I ordered some items. I agreed that the rest could be sent, but despite numerous phone messages and emails, I have had no response and am still waiting for the item. It is robbery to take money and not sent the item, even though I agreed it could be sent later

Lovely product, even better service!

Jennifer could not have been more helpful
or accommodating! Every query was responded quickly and with consideration and when we did have a small problem, she was straight into it and resolved it immediately.

My 3 year old now has a beautiful fairy garden she absolutely loves and is the envy of all her little friends. Definitely would recommend!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service. I asked Jennifer what the eta, was on a delivery as it was for a birthday and she posted it out first class with no extra charge. The fairy solar lights are good quality and as they appear on the picture highly recommend.

Extremely pleased

Extremely pleased with the super fast dispatch. Well packaged, it was like Christmas coming early! Very helpful seller. I have brought a few items in the past and have never been disappointed. I recommend this company to all, and I will be returning soon.

Fantastic, thoroughly recommended.

Very pleased with my purchase which arrived quickly and well packaged for a great price. With an extra little thank you included, very thoughtful. Ordered after a recommendation from a friend and not disappointed.
