Quick and quality shade marred by use of incorrect spider-lamp fitting. This meant we had to purchase 2 additional reducer fittings. Extra cost not important but purchase should have been a hassle free experience.

I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. As soon as I placed my order I received a phone call from the light shop within a few hours. The delivery and packaging was excellent, everything turned up within an hour time slot. I'm really pleased and would use this company again in a minute .

Accidently Ordered a lamp shade for collection from store when i live the other side of the country. Company picked the mistake up and contacted me immediately. Delivered the next day.

The product I required was just what I wanted and as described. It was delivered very promptly and questions I had were very professionally handled.

Very impressed with the service. Received the lights within predicted time scale and they were packaged very carefully and safely. The lights were easy enough to put up, only the crystals proved to be a bit fiddly whilst trying to hook onto the loops. They looked fabulous when finished, very lush, modern and swish. Only blip was that one of the neons didn't work when switched on. Could have reported this to company but it was quicker and easier to replace ourselves. Very pleased over all.

I have not received an email confirmation of my order, a copy of my invoice, or a confirmation that my order has been shipped.

I have received the parcel, but a little more communication after an order has been placed would be better.

Very impressed by the speed of the delivery but less so because the item looked like it had been the ex display model. The base was quite dirty and the bulb already fitted so it felt a bit secondhand

Good quality light delivered in 5days right on time.

There was initially some confusion with my order but they responded very quickly and the problem was resolved. Very helpful and light was delivered quickly.

I was trying to match some existing fittings that other web suppliers told me were no longer produced or available. After making an email enquiry to the Famous Little Lamp Shop I received a quick response and after ordering the product it arrived a few days later, well packaged and with accurate text updates on the delivery process. An excellent service and I would have no issues recommending them to anybody. I will be coming back to shop here again!

The Purchase was a smooth and efficient process and the Communications were very good on the Purchase and the Delivery.
Unfortunately on receipt of the Goods I found them to have faults e.g. missing and marked Paint Finish and the Side Seams were roughly finished off and the Pair of Outside Wall Lights were certainly not of good enough quality to justify a Retail Price in 3 figures. I expected much better quality for the price. However after rejecting the Goods and invoking the Consumer Protection Act and an exchange of several emails with the Customer Service Department of the Famous Little Lamp Shop of Alcester,Warwickshire they agreed to a full refund of my monies when they received the Pair of Lamps back from me which they arranged with their Couriers,DPD at their cost so I lost no monies just the time and effort I put in and disappointment at the poor quality.
However I would commend the Famous Little Lamp Shop for how they handled the whole episode and for refunding me the full monies I paid them back. They I expect will take the quality defects with the Chinese Manufacturer and/or the Wholesale Supplier.

No complaints about ordering or delivery process! Prompt service at reasonable price

On Line or in the shop, the service is 1st class and products very good. I can not fault them. very will to help.
