Order Never Received and Then Unauthorized Renewal

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend. I got her a 3 (box) month subscription. She received 1 box. I followed up about the other 2 and they said there was a delay from their supplier. I asked for my order to be cancelled and refund me for the 2 remaining boxes which they did. NOW I just got an email saying I've been auto renewed. I am furious. I reached out to their customer service email and IT DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE. Having to cancel my credit card. Shut this company down.

Do not sign up and do not give as a gift

This company is a great idea but unbelievably poorly executed. I ordered the subscription box and only received 3 of the 6 boxes. Contacted customer service and that is where things went VERY downhill. They responded quickly at first but didnt follow through with shipping any of the other boxes. They quit responding altogether. They auto renewed my subscription!!!!! And have made it impossible to get a refund so I had to cancel my credit card. I never agreed to auto renew this subscription. AWFUL company.
EDIT *** customer service did refund me the auto renew $149 fee. I am grateful for this so I bumped it up from one to two stars
