Nothing too much trouble.
We bought a hot tub (about 3 months ago) to replace a bigger one that we’d had for over 10 years. They called the day before to arrange times for delivery and ask if they could deliver early as it was a bank holiday. They took out the old one and took away with them as well as setting up the new one and ensuring it was all running properly. The only one criticism we’d have is that the delivery guys advised us on bromine dosage based on the stock we had of the old bigger tub, which resulted in us putting far too much in, in one go. We had to empty it and start again. But aside from that, the sale and the installation were great and I’d definitely recommend them.

Fabulous aftercare
I have dealt with Jamie for my hot tub and nothing was to much trouble for him. Each time I needed help or assistance he was there straight away with a solution. Thanks Jamie.
