The Mediterranean Diet, a way of eating that works
The Mediterranean Diet is the complete package. First it gives you the research, explaining why and how on everything from food groups, bodily requirements, affects of stress, exercise, sleep. Secondly it gives you the tools to achieve success - recipes for every meal, a complete shopping list, exercises to build muscle and good habits, mindfulness sessions for overall wellbeing.
Lastly it puts you in touch with a community of people starting the same day as you to support and encourage one another.
Did I miss anything? Oh yes, the results. I'm on week 9 of 12 & have lost 16lbs, 2" off my waist, sleeping like a baby & my blood pressure is down to normal. I'm less than 2lbs away from my goal of a healthy BMI.
I won't need to pay to continue on the programme after 12 weeks because I have all the tools to continue healthy eating including the mindset to succeed.

Health Revolution
This is the best diet and exercise programme that I have ever done (and I have done a few!). I have not only lost a lot of weight but I also feel much better.I'm sleeping better, I've got more energy and I'm happier. In fact I feel sorry that I've not used it before - all those years that I could have felt like I do now. It's not just a diet, it's a health revolution

Shakes, OK but not really keen.
Soup, gritty, very disappointed
Cloudy Apple fibre, easy to take, tastes great but really upset my tum, it’s the inulin that does it!
I’ll carry on ordering the bars as meal replacements once a day and calorie counting for the rest, working great!

I lost 13kgs using the Fast800 12 week…
I lost 13kgs using the Fast800 12 week programme from end Jan 25 until Easter. I managed to stay very focussed and found the menus, menu options, low impact exercises, meditations and reading really helpful on my journey. I kind of closed down my social life a little to stay on track for the 12 weeks.
I have always eaten a wholefood, veg rich Med-style diet, but in an uncontrolled (greedy) way so the programme was excellent in helping me to rethink my eating habits. I've also stopped being so erratic with my eating and have developed a bit of self-discipline.
I've only managed to lose 1kg since finishing the programme, but positively my weight is stable. I'd like to lose another 5-7kgs but realise this won't happen without a huge amount of self control on my part.
Two gripes.
1. £12pm to continue using the App is expensive for me as someone who is retired with a small pension. I will be reviewing this in December.
2. The exercise programme does not have higher level low impact options. I am unable to do anything on my knees and the moment I try to up my exercise level knee based exercises are on the menu.
Overall, the initial 12 weeks is excellent.

Order arrived promptly, it was for the lemon sleep powder. I'm not sure that it's effective but will stick with it a bit longer . Doesn't fully dissolve when liquid added.

Mediterranean food forever
I've tried and tried so many times to lose weight and feel healthy. I've been on the Fast 800 for 9 weeks and have lost a stone, 3 inches off my waist and feel healthier than ever. The meal plan is so easy to follow and very tasty. Thank you Fast 800 team you are life savers.

The vanilla shake is good, easy to add a bit of fruit to. Mixes well and much better than other shakes I have tried.

Don't sign up for 7 days trial...
Signed up for 7 days free trial, didn't notice time passing, and have just realised they're going to take £30 out of my account. Hopefully it will be refunded immediately as I am within the 14 days cooling off period. In any event new legislation means you should have 14 days cooling off after every payment due.

Five-star emergency rations
I have been successful with the Fast 800 and found it very useful to have 'emergency rations' when I was not able to cook a proper meal. The shakes are a bit gritty -- the all-important fibre -- but they taste better than I expected; the coffee shake tastes like coffee. The protein bars are a bit dangerous because they are actually like chocolate bars. I have to remind myself that they are not meant to be eaten as snacks! All these options make it easier to stick to the programme. Well designed website, prompt delivery.

Life changing
Thoroughly enjoying the support and encouragement from the Fast 800 team. I am losing weight, changing perspective on food, enjoying exercise without feeling I have had to give up everything I enjoy. It’s a lifestyle change but not too onerous. It’s tough to begin with but support is there. This is the first plan I’ve ever done that has changed my mindset and know it’s for life.

Love the product
Love the product. It really helps go forward with the health benefits it says. Diagnosed with diabetes and 3 months later my levels are great. Only a minor hiccup with fasting figures.
