From travel booking to departure

From travel booking to our airport departure from the hotel, the experience of our visit in Dubai was very smooth and quick.

Ms. Inna Ivanova, our Owner Privileges Executive helped with the travel bookings and during our stay in quick, extremely understanding and generous manner.

The hotel staff is amazing and hospitality is at par. The views and location of the hotel is great.

We love our stay at TFG hotels every time during our visit to Dubai.

Luxury Hotels vs. Toxic Tactics: Is The First Group being destroyed from within?

Dubai is a city of dreams, known for its world-class hospitality. It is heartbreaking to see how that reputation is being tarnished by predatory marketing tactics that prioritize commissions over human decency.
It started with a promising phone call: an offer for a dream family vacation in Dubai for my wife and our two children (our 7-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter). We expected the excellence associated with The First Group.
Instead, our family time was hijacked. We were lured under the false pretense of a 'complimentary boat trip' for the kids, only to be driven to Soluna Beach and trapped in a high-pressure sales marathon lasting 6 hours. Seeing my children exhausted and distressed in a room while being pushed to sign a contract was a nightmare no parent should endure.
To protect my family's peace, I eventually committed to what I thought was a premium investment. I paid $8,600 (31,500 AED) in full, expecting the 'Gold' service promised.
The reality? The moment the money hit their account, the 'Premium' mask fell off. Our concierge, Sara Oufriche, went completely silent (Ghosting), ignoring all requests for the service we paid for. The manager, Ilham Mokrani, now hides behind administrative excuses.
This leads me to a serious question: Is The First Group as an organization rotten, or are we witnessing a group of rogue employees destroying the company's integrity from the inside?
This 'Ghosting' has professionally and personally shattered the trust required for such a partnership. There is no going back. I am not looking for apologies, "bonus points", or excuses. The bridge is burned, and the only acceptable resolution is the FULL REFUND of my $8,600.

Our experience with The First Group has…

Our experience with The First Group has been extremely disappointing and deeply misleading. We purchased a package that explicitly promised a stay at the upcoming 5 star Ciel Hotel in Dubai, voucher Dubai Lifestyle experience which we did purchase was valid for one year. This promise was the main reason we agreed to buy the expensive package.
When we finally booked our flights separate from this package and contacted The First Group agent who recommended to reserve our stay two weeks before our arrival, we were suddenly told that Ciel Hotel was “not operational” and that we had to choose one of their 4 star properties, depending on availability. This was never mentioned during the sale.
What makes this even worse is that we checked independently, and the Ciel hotel was already operational and bookable at least two months before our arrival. Despite this, they refused to honor what we paid and have been promissed and continued insisting we accept a lower category hotel.
We raised multiple complaints, hoping for a fair solution. Instead, we were ignored completely, including by senior management. Even the CEO — who also acts as the Chief Sales and Owner Relations Officer did not respond or take responsibility. And Mr. Beddiaf, the so called Director of Dubai Lifestyle Experience, didn’t respond our emails and messages.
Based on our experience, the company’s behavior felt highly misleading and completely untrustworthy. We paid for a premium product and received something entirely different. It is absolutely not worth your money, you will lose it. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company. What they promise and what they deliver are two completely different things. They are all scammers!
