My training with Sami goes back over 12 years. I would never have imagined us working together so long, but he has been able to continually adapt and evolve such that we have always kept things fresh. If I am training for distance running, Sami will help me build stamina. If I am training to improve body composition, Sami will design and adapt the right routine. His knowledge of exercises is encyclopaedic, which keeps things mixed up and stimulating. This knowledge extends to the human body so that he can address a strain with a stretch or he can adapt an exercise to steer clear of an injury. His personal style is friendly and approachable: he will push you, but never beyond where you want to be pushed. Sessions are challenging and enjoyable. I have no hesitation recommending Sami’s services.
