Good postal service, beautiful packaging and a great product

The delivery was so quick! I am surprised - usually when I am ordering from overseas it takes quite awhile. I had my makeup bag in a week flat and I absolutely love it! I got it because I am traveling soon and it is so functional!

I had a faulty item which I contacted Flat Lay Co about. Rosie Mundy from customer services was exceptional at looking into the matter and maintaining contact while she looked into the issue. FLC were very apologetic about my faulty item and offered me a replacement without hesitation. I also was given a discount code to use the next time I shopped. Regardless of the faulty item I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.

The customer service has been amazing. My order never processed further than the confirmation email and turns out it was out of stock. From contacting the customer service team they were very swift and professional with the issue and my order is now on the way!! Thank you all.

Bought the full size leopard print bag for a relative for Christmas, delivery was quick, packaging is neat, and the bag looked so good that I’ve just bought another one for a friend! Also I forgot to add my first order discount code when paying, so I emailed the help team and they refunded me 10% without argument, really lovely, helpful service and I will definitely be buying again, can’t wait to see future products/new designs

Wow! What a great idea and what a great company. I got a small one of these and will definitely be buying more, the idea is genius and has saved me time. As a new mother I still like to put makeup on every morning so it definitely saves time rummaging through an ordinary bag, where even though it was the last used item you need it somehow has gone to the bottom of the bag. I had fantastic customer service from them, they edited my order quickly and responded quickly so I felt really confident ordering with them. I have bought several of your make-up bags for presents and one for myself. My feedback is that I love it and will continue to use it - my only fear is the little hole that remains when you pull the drawstring makes me nervous that I may lose something small. But I am pulling it tight so I’m confident! Also my niece loved her present but didn’t know what it was when she opened it so had to google it. Maybe a little leaflet could be inserted into the packaging?
