Ordered two jackets from their website which stated a 30 day return policy. Jackets came wadded up and smelled of mildew. When I contacted the company for a return, they said since it was a discounted promotion, no refunds were possible. They suggested getting the items cleaned. I’ve tried several times to get a refund to no avail. Worst items and service ever.

After reading all these reviews, this company is definitely a scam. My experience is exactly the same: low quality, terrible fit and no refund, just a 30% off on next purchase. Their website clearly stated 30-day return. Everything about this company is garbage. Do NOT order anything from them!

Buyer beware! Purchased a fleece jacket. The jacket is cheaply made. Terrible fit. Tried to return the item and the company will not honor a return/refund. Do not make a purchase from this company. Bad products and terrible customer service!!

Shipping took extraordinarily long time. Very disappointed in product fabric, very cheap feeling. There was some gapping around the shoulders. I asked to return the product. They asked me why I told them the fabric and the shoulder gapping. They said they weren’t accepting returns at this time! I questioned that statement and they responded back that it was a discounted item and not eligible for return unless there was a flaw. Which I told them the shoulders were a flaw they said to send a picture which I did they didn’t like the pictures, they wanted several other pictures. I would rather just donate the jacket to Goodwill then keep going back-and-forth with them and not standing by their product. Probably the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered online.

Do not purchase anything here. The quality and feel of these products are terrible. Contacted for a refund & never heard back from them. Going to have to contact my bank to dispute charge.

The quality is deplorable for what they are charging. You can wear this one time only. I bought two sweater jackets. The arm pilled wearing 1/2day. The jacket is soft but thin like felt. Tried to reason with company for a return or refund. They would do nothing.

Bought a casual blazer coat and it is not what is advertised. The construction is poor, the material lacks quality and the cost is too high for the product.

The same day the item was delivered I reached out to customer services for instructions to return the item and they did not accept the return request because they are not accepting returns at this time. Their return policy in their website is inaccurate.

I do not commend buying at this store.

This company is a scam. I bought a black and a brown fleece blazer cardigan, both size medium. . The brown one if huge - a completely different size from the black one. The sleeves and the front of the cardigan are very different shades of brown. The black one is also too large but not as bad as the brown one. Both are double breasted, but the front of the jacket does not have two button holes, just the top one, so you can’t button it correctly. There is a button hole for the inside button, but there is no button on the inside of the jacket. I contacted customer support and they refuse to exchange sizes or refund my money. They offered my 30% off of my next purchase so they can screw me over again. Do not do business with this company.

I will write the attorney General and post on Facebook that you will not honor your own return policy.

If I could say 0/5 I would. I ordered two blazer which were junk. This is no a legit store, they won’t return the items even though their website says it will. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered a blazer that I saw on an Instagram add. The quality was like a piece of felt material...awful. Their website stated they would take returns in a 30 day window, so I contacted them right away. They said since it was on sale, they will not accept and offered me a 30% off discount on another item. I stated that since I was concerned about their quality, I would not be ordering anything else. The item is so cheap it doesn't even have a label. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money.

Fraud!
Before I ordered, I checked out their return policy. It did not state that they do not do take returns (except if the item is damaged}. My purchase was too large...tried to return for smaller size. Was notified at that time they do not take returns ...unless item is damaged. Return policy did not state that. After ;contacting merchant they added another paragraph to their policy stating that they do not take any returns during holiday season. My purchase was on Nov 2....Not holiday season. So please be very careful I just threw 50 dollars away.

Total scam. Do not purchase anything from the fleece house on Facebook. I received the item. Never received a confirmation email. When I finally received the items no purchase receipt accompanied it. I had to search to figure out to get in contact with the company to return the product. After several threats I got a response to be told that they do not do returns. Then they had the nerve to offer me a discount code to purchase something else. Like seriously?! Not!

Do Not Order from the Fleece House:
We placed an order with The Fleece House for a product described as the “Snugbuddy Fleece Lined ‘Heated’ blanket.” The term “heated” in the item description implied the presence of an electrical heat source. Additionally, the order was supposed to include a travel pouch, as stated in the product details at the time of purchase. Instead we received a “Sherpa” blanket throw – not what we ordered.

This situation raises serious concerns. There is no customer service phone number for direct communication, and the only contact is via email. The company’s insistence that we received the correct product, despite clear evidence to the contrary, combined with the lack of direct resolution or opportunity for refund, leads us to believe that we may have fallen victim to a scam. We are deeply dissatisfied with both the product received and the customer service provided.
I would post a 0 star if that were possible.

I ordered 2 of the Sasha Casual blazer coat. BIG mistake, the quality is horrible, the fabric is stiff. They have two buttons but only one buttonhole (unless I close it like a man's blazer). The blazers don't look good opened or closed.

The pants showed has a back pocket. The one received does not have. This is misleading

I placed 2 sweaters like blazers in Nov this year 2025 and even had the free socks bc I spent $89 , received the order confirmation along with the tracking#. The tracking with USPS is invalid. There’s no phone # to call so I sent an email and their replied was they can’t find my order # and yet they already took my money the same day I placed my order. I highly believe that this company is nothing but a scam. I’m so sad bc it’s the only thing I can afford to buy for me and my daughter for this Christmas. Please don’t be a victim , do not buy from this company.

I saw a cute blazer sweater offered by them, but when you start looking at the policies, it is really the lilylove.com site which has horrible reviews. I think this is a case of buyer beware as the website is an extension of a scam company.
