The apparment is amazing it feels like you are at home. It is spacious and very clean. The location is in a safe area and with short walking distance to supermarkets and basically everything you need.
Lokmane greeted us at the arrival and escorted us to the appartment. He is very polite and professional. He is always ready to assist us if we have any questions or need help with something and followed up if everything was okey. Love it and will always choose flexy living in the future and recommend it to others as well.

Terrible experience, it’s a scam and the don’t care about the customer

Avoid this company at all costs! We rented a house in London Raven's court area via this company (through Airbnb). The pictures and description showed a nice and modernly decorated property in high standard. The reality was a stark contrast. Flat was in very poor shape with old stains over the carpets, worn out bed mattress, broken and missing tiles in the floor kitchen and bathroom, but worst of all the flat was full of mold! After several hours of trying to get a solution from flex living they left us with no viable option and we had to find and pay a different flat in the vicinity (we tried to call them whole day till 7PM). After 3 days the company sent workers to the flat and aknowledged it is in bad shape which cannot be fixed timely and offered us flat 3 miles from the original one. We told them it's too far as we picked the original flat due to its location and their 'solution' came 3 days late. To this day the agency refuses us to pay back our rent claiming they offered us a replacement for the service they never delivered.

Lokman in Algiers has been an excellent cohost during our stay. Lokman has been attentive, caring and very helpful. We had a mix up during check-in, Lokmane was able to sort it out quickly and gave us keys to a new unit. He’s made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. He was able to answer all of our questions and has been proactive in making sure we don’t need anything while staying here in Algiers. Thank you Lokman 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully maintained flat where the experience was truly exceptional.
The space was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
What made the stay even more memorable was the outstanding service provided by Sofiane.
He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
From the moment I arrived, Sofiane made me feel at home, offering helpful tips and addressing any needs promptly.
I couldn't have asked for a better host, and I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, biggest scam artists around. they will ignore your emails and them blame you when things do not go they're way. Bunch of cowboys. Landlords go and use a local estate agent that you look after you rather than theyr back pockets.

Our experience with Flex Living was a nightmare from start to finish. When our originally booked property became unavailable, we reluctantly agreed to stay in a temporary apartment for the first two weeks. This turned out to be a huge mistake. The apartment was cramped, over an hour away from our intended location, and plagued by unpleasant odors and constant noise.

Once we finally moved into the property we had initially booked, it was immediately clear that the online photos had been grossly misleading. The place was far more rundown than advertised – the couch was stained, the TV was subpar, and the sink was completely clogged. Despite multiple complaints, it took several days for anyone to respond, and even then, the maintenance person only showed up begrudgingly.

Adding to the frustration, we were expecting important mail but never received the keys to the letterbox, despite contacting customer service over five times. This negligence disrupted our plans and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

When we checked out, we were told our £2,700 deposit would be returned within a few days and were even asked to leave a positive review—unbelievable. Shortly after, we were informed via WhatsApp that £1,200 would be deducted for trivial and unfounded reasons, such as pencil marks, a mistakenly taken duvet, and a couch stain that had been there when we moved in (for which we have photographic evidence).

After posting a negative review, Flex Living threatened to deduct even more for "legal compensation," prompting us to remove the review. Only when we provided photographic proof of the couch’s condition did they return £2,000 of our deposit, but we are still owed the remaining £700. They never provided any damage report or explanation to justify the deduction.

Despite involving lawyers, we were unable to recover the full deposit due to the “License to Occupy” contract we had signed (a word of caution: never sign this type of agreement with Flex Living). As young newcomers to the country, we were completely taken advantage of.

Flex Living's business model is deeply flawed, cutting corners at the expense of tenants and their living conditions to ensure they can pay landlords a guaranteed fee. This approach results in poor maintenance, substandard accommodations, and leaves tenants facing constant battles over basic services and deposit refunds.

Flex Living's treatment of us, their appalling customer service, and their blatant attempt to scam us out of our deposit is disgraceful. This company prioritizes profits over tenant satisfaction, creating a stressful and deeply unpleasant experience for anyone unfortunate enough to rent from them. Avoid Flex Living at all costs.

Once inside apartment in London which we rented for a week in augustus 2024 via Flex Living Ltd, it was clear that this apartment had seen better days.

The table in the living room was a modern art piece called - “You touch it and it collapses”. Disgusting old sofa in the living room has questionable legs. It is ok if a child use it, and dangerous for grown-ups as it could easily give way under their weight. Calling it an air matress in description of property… Really?

Let’s not forget the moldy cutting board...

Meanwhile, in the bedroom, one window couldn’t be locked. The nightstand closest to this window has only three legs, and the fourth one is nowhere to be found. Perhaps it fled in terror after seeing the state of the apartment?

The front door of the building is impossible to open with provided key. We spent so much time outside, with children crying, and us wrestling with the door, we’d usually end up calling in the neighbours to rescue us.

When we complained about this and other apartment's issues—like the broken window handle, the sprinkling faucet, shaky closet— Flex Living team couldn’t find word sorry in their vocabulary or propose ANY solution.

They took from our deposit 300 pond for the stained bed and sofa we have never done, ignoring the serious safety issues we raised and only focusing on penalizing us.

We managed to get our money back after a difficult process. My advice: don't give up if you know the damages aren't your responsibility.

In early June, I booked a "luxurious" appartment in Algiers from July 9th to July 16th. I did contact them several times to let them know we would arrive late. NO REPLY AT ALL !! We still went to the given address, hoping we would find someone there. July 10th, 1 a.m: as expected, nobody was there. My husband, my 3 kids and I had no choice but to book a room in a nearby hotel at an excessive price. By the way, the room was for two people only. We had to ask for a mattress with an extra charge. July 10th, 8 a.m., we finally received a reply giving us another address, a 25-minute drive from the first one. Once there, we used the code they gave us to open a lock box supposed to contain the keys : nothing inside. And there we are, in front of the residence's main gate with all our luggages under a blazing sun, my kids tired and sweating buckets. We sent out a ton of messages on the Flex Living message interface to get some urgent assistance. ONE HOUR LATER, someone finally came to the address and told us THIS WAS NOT THE RIGHT ADDRESS. Guess what? We had to go back to the FIRST ADDRESS which was the correct one. We are still looking for the "LUXURIOUS" side of the appartment, the pictures we saw having nothing to do with the reality. And humidity throughout the apartment. On a sidenote : on July 13th, my husband saw two ladies standing in front of the residence's main entrance. They had booked an apartment with Flex Living and had not received any instructions prior to their arrival. Fortunately for them, we kept the number of the contact in Algiers so we did what Flex Living was supposed to do in the first place.
Very poor communication, misleading advertising: I will never book anything again with this company and I strongly advise you to choose another one. I am urging them to refund the 1st night and the hotel room we had to book urgently because of their incompetence.

Tha condo is great as expected from flexliving and the gentlemen in charge sofiane was pretty much a supermen in every thing asked

The nice appart was in hydra, Algiers I love it, I had nice experience.. sofian from flex living helped me.. I recommended.. I will come back for sure

It’s my 3rd time in the space of two months, I’m booking through them cause I know the manager ( Sofiane ) will make my stay hassle free and I can rely on him if I need anything for the apartment, great to have people like this when you are in a different country, location ( hydra ) is great too

Excellent managed property in Queensland Road situated next to the Emirates Stadium. If you are an Arsenal fan you will definitely enjoy the experience. The space is suitable for a family of 4 with great space for cooking . The building is well managed with great security .

As for the company, they need to work on their communication.
