I enjoy the way the process is laid out. It is explained very clearly and the resources provided along the way alongs you to learn even more very fast. The best advice going into is to remember that the input you put in will help determine the outputs you experience.

I have been wanting to flip houses for many years...have taken many courses (from Carlton Sheets, Ron LeGrand, Armando Montelongo, and most recently Cody Sperber) although I did have success wholesaling, I never could find the missing pieces to actually fund a flip on my own...Jake's course fills in the missing pieces...AND teaches you a new way to look at this industry!

My husband and I were completely new to real estate when we unfortunately got involved with some less-than-legitimate programs. Then, while scrolling through Facebook, we came across Jake with Flip Secrets and started following him on Instagram. After downloading his calculator, we were contacted shortly after.

At first, we thought, "What’s another system?" But this is not just another program—this is the system! Jake and all the coaches are incredibly down-to-earth and genuinely invested in your success. They provide the support and tools you need to succeed, but they won’t do the work for you. You have to bring the time, effort, and commitment, but if you’re serious about succeeding, they are there every step of the way.

Our mentor, Ed, has been amazing, and we also love the live Zoom sessions with Justin. His insights are incredible, and his faith-based approach resonates with us deeply. Every mentor in this program is inspiring, and watching them has fueled our motivation and drive.

If you can’t find the inspiration and determination to succeed with this program, it might not be the right fit for you. But for us, the only regret we have is not finding it sooner!

I felt good signing up with The Flip Secrets but they surpassed my expectations. The curriculum was actually enjoyable, as Jake makes it so easy to keep engaged. Their communication is spot on and the networking is incredible. I stuck with it and I’m glad for it because this partnership is lifelong.

What is making. My experience great is the community, it is everyone helping each other in such a positive way! I mean every meeting, every time you reach out for help there has been some body ready to help not only with answers but offering to help in some way! I had never experienced something like this!!!

My home away from home. the flip secrets has definitely been an eye opener. I’ve been in residential construction for ten years and never knew there was help out there to becoming a flipper. The Flip Secrets has taught me how to run my numbers and has giving me all the resources to find funding so i don’t pay anything out of pocket. I would recommend this course to everyone who is looking to join the Flipping adventure! Jake has created an excellent educational experience. He breaks down how to be successful in the flipping process and all the exit strategies. My accountability coach Julia was so helpful throughout my mentoring period with her and gave me the keys to be successful in obtaining all elements to make my first flip possible.
The Flip Secrets community is like no other community I have been a part of. Sam Jones is a phenomenal mentor. She is always giving her time to help us with our questions, comps, and finding the right ARV. You can approach her with anything and she will find a way to help you wherever she can. I can always go to Sam for advice on a property or dealing with a lender. Our community is always looking for ways to help each other out and make sure the deal is right. It is not for the weak in spirit. Come willing to work, and you will get the results you want. I have done other real estate programs, but this program is the best I have found so far.

I love the program. Lots and lots of education. Only thing is I would like to see the videos where Jake talks about costs updated. I was basing prices off of a 2018 video. Little more than that now. But the program is awesome.
