Brilliant customer service, listened to what we needed for our new flooring and gave good advice and range of options for our budget. Kept us informed throughout the process. LVT and carpet fitters were very professional and did great job. Really pleased with the service and finished floor. Will definitely go here again for future flooring.

Good carpet, well fitted. No Hassle

We chose a herringbone carpet for two staircases and landings, along with matting for the entranceway and new vinyl flooring - after an issue with the initial fitter The Flooring Outlet after sales team were quick to resolve by sending a new team of fitters to rectify the problems - great job!

Fantastic place loved them a lot cheaper then other places bought laminate flooring Lino and carpet from them would highly recommend 👍

The home visit was very useful as it meant we could see what samples looked like in our own home and have a discussion as to what would be best without having to describe it and do our own measurement which could have ended up being wrong. Everyone was very friendly and will definitely use this company again in the future if I need more flooring!

We have worked with The Flooring Outlet throughout 2024, with them supporting us in providing resources for some extremely vulnerable children. Ben and his team donated over £7500 worth of artificial grass for our sensory garden, meaning we could provide more equipment for the children in the space, sponsoring our girls football team and supporting us in our fundraising events with donations. I cannot recommend the ethos and attention to detail from The Flooring Outlet.

I recently had the Luxury Vinyl Tiles in Limed Oak Herringbone fitted in my kitchen, living room & hallway. I’m really pleased with how it looks and the fitter Jack did a fantastic job! Thank you to Johnathon who made the whole process easy and kept communication open with me as I was away on holiday when the work was being done. I will be using The Flooring Outlet in future for the rest of the apartment. I would (& already have!) recommend this company to friends & family.

Highly recommend this Company. We had shopped around, had some ridiculous quotes, then saw this Company on Facebook, we were not disappointed! Very helpful and efficient with the planning of our floor, competitively priced, explained every step and managed our expectations on timescale. I have to say their fitter is excellent, he did a fantastic job of our herringbone LVT and discussed everything with us throughout, we are fussy and very impressed, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Company.

I rang the flooring outlet as I needed to change my carpet due to mobility needs. James came to see me at home and showed me a selection of carpets & underlays, he was both knowledgeable & Friendly and someone I was happy to invite into my home.
James was not pushy at all, he just guided me through the various quality & types of carpet while also looking at the thickness to assist with my walking.

I was happy with his quote and after paying I booked for the fitting the following week.

The fitters arrived as arranged & what a breath of fresh air. They were efficient & helpful and made a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Making me laugh along the way with their great sense of humour.

I would highly recommend “The Flooring Outlet” to anyone, from my first call to the office and all the way to the fitters leaving it was a great experience made very simple by everyone there.
