This company is a scam! Ordered items that were NEVER delivered even though tracking says they were. The company has never responded to multiple attempts to contact and the website clearly used a template for the “return policy”. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Very falsely advertised. The cedar garlands were pretty sad and sparse looking compared to what is advertised. I couldn't leave a review on their website, but beware - these garlands are not worth it.
5 stars for the quality of the product i absolutely love them. Delivery look a little longer than I thought but i now realise it came from China. Worth the wait. Love love love 💚💚💚

It's been 16 days since I ordered. The tracking number leads to a blank result. I've contacted them twice, no response. This seems like a scam. I'll be contacting my credit card to contest the payment because this is outrageous.
If I could give zero stars I would. Company on site advertised US based, US made, fast shipping. As soon as I entered payment shipping updated to weeks and from China. Ordered weeks ago and product finally cleared customs. Reached out to customer service with no response.

Their product is nothing as advertised. They claim to have thick cedar garlands, fast shipping and 30 day refund and none of this is true.
Their website claims to have thousands of happy customer reviews but this is most likely fake as on Shop they have mostly 1 star reviews. After seeing this product advertised on Tiktok and their shopfront I purchased 6 of the garlands.
Shipping took one month as it came from China. After it arrived and I opened it the smell was so toxic I had to move it outside. Even after more than 1 week outside int he garage the smell is still offensive. The garlands are very thin and spindly and not thick like their website photos show.
I contacted them multiple times to ask for a refund and they have not responded. Poor service and very poor quality product. They are scammers.
