What a fab little business!
Sophie is just a fantastic person, and I adore her small business! There is so much care that goes into everything she does, and all of her products are such amazing quality, and the scents are just unbelievable! They make the house smell wonderful, I am so glad I met Sophie at BBC Gardeners World Live! I am raving about Flora Lab to anyone that will listen, because I just adore the products so much!!

Sophie who runs The Flora Lab is so lovely and you can tell the care she puts into everything she does. As soon as we've lit one of the candles or started to burn a wax melt, our whole house is filled with the smell and we've been complimented on them lots too! The products also make for great gifts for others. The sustainability side of the business is at the heart of everything they do and to still look as pretty, smell as incredible and have the best customer service is just the full package. Thank you so much!

slow delivery
Order place on 1st February. On 5th I was notified that one card wasn't available but it took until 11th for the other 2 to be delivered. That is far too slow as I needed the cards for birthdays during that period.

Lovely local business - return customer
Bought a diffuser as a gift and liked it so much I went back to get one for myself. The smells are so good (Renaissance Man and Stargazer are personal favourites), different to what you find elsewhere and last really well without being overpowering. Plus beautiful packaging! Now my preferred choice over Jo Malone/White company/Neom etc as they're slightly different and they look so nice.

Gorgeous candles - the smell is really lovely, I particularly like the large candles which give off a very nice glow.

Favourite candles
These candles burn so nicely and don't do that crazy pooling that can ruin a candle. The fragrance is just right - not too overpowering but strong enough to scent the whole floor of my house. Can't wait to try the other scents. Oh, and top marks for sustainability.

Lovely brand
Lovely brand. I would buy all the wax melts if I could! Recieved the Alpine Wax Melts for Christmas and loved them so much I went and bought some for my own stash. They make your whole house smell like a fresh forest.
