Wow wow what an amazing shop you have to visit. The owner Ellie is so welcoming and very helpful. There is so many different items of all shapes, sizes and a vary of prices to suit most people. The shops displays are beautiful and not cluttered, like some shops. I don’t think many people could leave without finding something to buy. And I don’t say that lightly as I am quite picky. Can’t wait to go back.

Well worth a visit!
The Flying Fox is the perfect go to destination if you are looking for unusual, quirky and eclectic items. You will find a range of gorgeous gifts, cards, clothing, furniture and so much more, all beautifully displayed. I received the warmest welcome when I visited and would highly recommend a visit.

Great for gifts
Great for gifts, lovely setting for a day out with a cafe, gorgeous grounds, a national trust house and some boutique shops. Free to park and explore, small additional fee to visit the house (free to national trust members), staff are smiley too!

A shop full of vile taxidermy that glorifies the murder and torture and absolute disrespect of animals. When shops like this sell these products they encourage the slaughter of innocent animals. Shame on the owner, shame on the customers and shame on the industry.
The website itself? Very dated and clearly aimed at lower middle classs, middle aged people with delusions of grandeur and no style.
