The Forest Distillery has now relocated to join our sister Gin Distillery at the iconic Cat & Fiddle within a beautiful stone building in the Peak District National Park. We now distil single malt English Whisky in our state-of-the art 500 litre pot still. Our gin is recognised as one of the worlds finest spirits having won an unprecedented two separate double-gold medals at the San Francisco Spirit Awards. Our products are sold in the finest bars, restaurants, hotels and lounges around the world.

A good day out!
My husband and niece enjoyed the visit to the Forest Distillery that I organised for them. They enthused about the interesting talk, were surprised at how compact distilling process is and enjoyed sampling the product! I ordered the book about the Distillery and the cocktail recipes as an extra surprise and it was delivered with the same efficiency as had been shown on the visit. We are looking forward to broaching the very attractive bottles and 'experimenting'.
On the same day as the gin visit we went on to The Cat and Fiddle and bought a bottle of the whisky. It was good to see the building welcoming visitors again.
