It has been more than a month that I have purchased a 100k account and still did not receive any account log in details. The "new management" is here now and doing nothing since then. I still don't know if I will get my money back or an account.

signed up for a funded account with Forex Funder and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. After the company "changed management," I was left waiting for over a month and a half just to receive my account credentials. This alone was a huge red flag. But it gets worse.

Instead of giving me my funded account, which I rightfully earned, they provided me with a challenge account—like I hadn’t already proven my trading abilities. This is blatant deceit, and it became clear that they’re stringing clients along. Scammers in new clothes. I even provided the email that the forex funder previously provided welcoming me as a funded trader .

When I reached out to their support team, they offered zero help and avoided responsibility. The team might have changed, but the scamming didn’t stop . Also You will never find a real human that can testify ever getting paid by these scammers and guess what , you never will .

This platform is a total scam. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from Forex Funder. New management, same old scam. Save yourself the hassle, and find a legitimate platform.

Oh and they Love lying to their members saying that the bad reviews are “paid reviews “ no it’s the other way around , “ the good reviews are GUARANTEED paid reviews . They would deny Jesus his payment if they could . Also if you speak the truth and ask the hard questions on their discord , they will ban you 😂😂. A clown of a company

10k payout rejected again

I bought a 10k challenge before their first migration from Thinkmarkets, then another 10k after migration, again another migration to Axe, now when I try to login , they display “no account registered with this e-mail” on top of that their support email is fake, it doesn’t recieve mails, Migration after migration! stay away, don’t wast your money

I have my $40k payout from 2x $500k funded account, when my payout due comming they doing migration, and after that, they said they have new management.

So I won an account last year and was told I can trade whenever I wanna start... Fast forward to June this year when I actually wanted to start trading I was wiped off completely from their database... 21st September this year I went back thinking it was because of the migration process but again there's not a trace of my account... On Twitter the help centre said theyre not gonna help me since I deleted IG where I won the account... Scammers fo sure

Its a horrible firm they keep migration as a reason to steal your money and they never give you anything making sense as reason and despite that they still post crazy discounts to attract masses and they think we don't know them,it's high time they should be closed of from the market of prop firms

I hear we under new management but the new management might even be worse than the first cause they don't even respond to messages, they are still selling challenges but the trading platforms aren't available, this is all a scam guys don't waste your money, they are all the same!!!

I purchased an account a few days ago. They sent an email with the login link but it's not working. I've been trying to reach someone from customer service but no one is responding or getting back to me in anyway.

new owners scammed the sale off previous CEO and has no fit state to run the firm and only scamming sales

The company is literally a scam. They never payout and they keep terminating the account stating some reasons. First they delayed approving my payout from July 10th to July 18th and after fighting with them through text and everything they approved the payout on 18th July. The payout amount was USD $462 and after getting my account back again I went on to more USD $2000 profits on the same account. But like other people who got scammed, this company never paid my money. Till July 30th, they kept telling that I will be getting my money asap within the weekend etc., but they never paid out. And on July 31st I received a mail from them stating that my account was breached due to some reasons. When contacted the support through Instagram, they told me that it was an automated mail which was sent due to migration and I will be getting back my account once the migration was done. They told the migration will be done within 1 week then it changed to 2 weeks and after delaying for almost a month the admin on Instagram told that we are rolling out accounts one by one so I can get the new credentials very quickly. But I never received the account, when asked about it they asked me to send the receipt of my account purchase from mail which I never got, they kept insisting of sharing it. I told them I didn't receive anything, it might be on the dashboard and when I tried to login into the dashboard even my dashboard credentials were removed and I was not able to login. The admin on Instagram told, the migration is done carefully so all data will be transferred as it is and the irony is even the dashboard was not migrated properly. After providing the purchasing screenshot of card, payout approval certificate and everything, the admin asked me to wait and the customer team will update me on that. But all of a sudden a one idiotic person named Raj replied to my Instagram stating that I have been banned from The Forex Funder and immediately blocked me. Seriously this company is a huge huge scam which literally scams people of the money which we pay as entry fee and the profits which we generate trading. When I enquired about this on the chat option in the website, another stupid person Thelma said that I have breached my the 10 second rule. But the truth is, I bought the account using a special coupon which they posted on the discord channel that gives permission to trade during news, without SL and without these all other rules. In spite, of that to neglect my payout and the existing profit on my account, these scammers come with multiple reasons. So all together, they have scammed around $2460 USD from my profits by not paying and not providing the refund for passing the challenge as well. And to my older review, this new AXE securities team replied asking to fill a form and submit proofs of the approved payout and everything, but its been almost 10 days now filling the form but there is no response. So this AXE securities too is not going to help in any way. This company is full of scammers who cheat people in the name of prop firms. They will ask to send a mail which they never reply, provide proofs and ask for lot other things, but even though we produce everything correctly they don't pay and will come up with another migration. I have the screenshots and proofs of all that is mentioned about.

withdrawal request accepted, they send the withdrawal certificate and after months I never received the payment, they always say they are migrating, now that they were acquired by another company, you can't contact them in any way, I sent some emails through support and they have not responded to me to this day. They sent a form to fill out so they could make the payment, I did it and they never said anything to me again.

They replied to my review here with a link claiming they have a new management. Still haven't recieved my payout. When I got funded they didnt make me sign a contract. They dont payout. If you reading this. Im letting you know that their rating is dropping for a reason don't fall for their trap. I will keep writing here til I get my rightful payout.

Axe securities have no reviews on trust pilot so I can assume that this company is simply a rebranding of TFF so they will probably bin TFF and then simply start again under this new company because they already have challenges set up. For those who are angry at TFF for ripping them off why not write a review on Axe as well because the type of actions TFF carried out need to stop immediately. They simply cannot get away with what they have done and then just rebrand and do the exact same thing again.

I have written a few posts here already to say they are scammers. They are at 39% negative reviews on only a score of 1 so regarding the positive reviews I can only assume they are fabricated or they are traders who have not yet passed a challenge. Everything with myself was ok until the migration took place but ironically that was when I had just passed the challenge. Then everything went down the pan and their customer support team kept replying asking for evidence of this and that and also making different excuses each time. My new live account was never migrated and I was not given the $1,000 compensation they were promising all live account holders. This was now a few months ago hence I am fully justified in calling them scammers. I had virtually forgotten about it and moved on when I received a random email this week apologising for the actions of the staff and moreover that they had now been taken over and are going to correct all of the scams their previous staff were doing. I had to fill out a form which I have done and now I will wait and see if anything positive materialises from their more recent promises. I can see there are a lot of people in a similar situation to myself who either never got pay outs owed or alternatively never had their live accounts migrated. Time will tell if this new company and staff will address everyone’s issues and do the right thing by everyone. The jury is still out on that one until I see new log in details for my live account. I will let you know how I get on, but until such time my account is set up again I would not encourage anyone to spend their hard earned money with this company. All it will do is discourage you from using prop firms, but rest assured there are still reputable ones out there, but history has taught me that this company is far from reputable.
