My payout is not paid for 7 weeks
i have a funded account with Theforexfunder. I have a payout pending since May 15th. It's only 105$. Everytime i ask the support about my payout, they tell me ' you have to wait for your turn' and ' we had a backlog and your payout will be sorted soon'. Don't buy their evaluations.
Update, based on their reply, I sent an email with all needed documents to the support team. Let's see when and how they solve my payout issue.
Second update, I contacted their CS, they told me the CEO will look into your payout. Till now I'm not paid my pay cut. Sme review, Don't purchase their challenge.
THIRD UPDATE: after two months of waiting, and after sending the proof documents many times, I'm still not paid. They requested that I send them the documents once again.
Tip: don't buy their challenge.

I advise you not to buy a challenge from this company
I advise you not to buy a challenge from this company, because when they request a payment they will not receive it, as they will claim that you violated one of the rules without this being true.
In my case, they claimed that I violated the "minimum 10s trading" rule, a rule that I don't remember violating (I saw several users complaining about the same). The date of the trade where they claimed that I violated this rule was more than 1 month ago, that is, I spent more than 1 month trading for nothing. I asked the support question if I would be notified as soon as I violated one of the rules and they told me yes, then I confronted them with this situation and they said it wasn't like that (I have proof).
It's fair to say that in terms of support my assessment would be positive, but I found that this is to deceive those merchants who don't get to the stage of requesting payment.
I also noticed that the profiles of people who comment on Instagram are questionable, as I found that the majority of them have 0 publications.
Anyway, I would have a lot more to say, but I advise you not to buy a challenge from this firm to avoid the same thing that happened to me, which was spending several months trying to get an account financed and then not receiving any payment.

A system designed to exploit you
Their copy trader failed , they flagged my account as breached .
After contacting the support 5 times trying to get to a solution they told me to buy another account after talking about soft breaches like holding trades overnight and over the weekend which they advertise like allowed on their sales page .
After asking to talk to someone else with suggestions on improving their platform they basically told me to F off.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are deeply concerned to hear about your experience. Ensuring prompt and accurate payments to our traders is a fundamental commitment we take very seriously.
Due to the migration that happened, we had some setbacks on our payouts which had led to a little stretch on our payout time but migration has been completed and we operations have continued as usual.
Please note that we require a list of documents for verification while processing payout because your account must have been a migrated account. we make sure to pay all our eligible traders who do not violated the trading rule.
Kindly check your email for all the documents required and write us via our email at support and I am sure we can resolve this amicably.
That was the last I heard from them. I sent them an email and they never responded. The reply was just to save face to make the public believe they are genuine. If they were as concerned as they claim they will have resolved the matter. Besides the email will be going to the same department that scammed me anyway one can’t expect a different outcome.
It is their responsibility to archive and safeguard user data to make informed decision. Today traders are expected to have screenshots of a dashboard that was taken offline 3 months ago. Not many people will see the importance of keeping such data.
Besides that it’s common practice that every phase of evaluation is checked independently. You cannot say Phase 2 account was inactive when you are supposed to be reviewing trades of the funded account. It’s just an excuse not to pay.
Other prop firms migrated us maintained their data and also paid us no problems.
All I can say is where the is smoke there is fire. So many traders cannot be complaining about not being paid unfairly without a good reason.
The decision is yours traders. The truth is your investment of time and money is not safe with this firm. Run trader run otherwise you are the next victim.

This people are scammers they would give 30days to request withdrawal after that they would find faults to breach your account
In my case before buying an account i carefully read the rules and it was stated that weekend holding is allowed, after requesting withdrawal
They said it wasn’t allowed i showed them were they said it was allowed in their website they saw it and said it was a tech issue,this scammer went to the website changed the rule too weekend holding isn’t allowed and still breeched the account ,for something that is their fault. This people are scammers i tell you
Also go check their twitter comments you would see traders begging for their payouts, this is so frustrating and can lead someone into sucide, we worked and putted our hope in this payouts and you guys are denying it for something that is obviously you guys fault

This is truly a scammy company
This is truly a scammy unprofessional company. They failed to deliver on their 'Buy 1 get 1 Free' promo, posted on Telegram 8:11am UK time, 21st June 2024.
I bought a 25K account and got my receipt by 8:27am (Gmail Time Stamp). The first account came within minutes, but not the free one. I sent 2-3emails that day asking where the free account was. No response.
I went onto X & Discord. They said I did not qualify. No reason given other then the CEO said I didn't qualify. I went to live support... and boy, they are pathetic.
Arslan, in support, said the CEO had checked every free account that qualified and they'd all been sent out. I said that cannot be right because I had all the evidence and time stamps to show I did qualify, and didn't get the free account with my purchase.
Arslan actually said, and I quote "The CEO cannot be wrong". What a childish and unprofessional response. I don't know how old he is, but going by his lack of professionalism he must be in his teens.
TFF never provide proof to back their decisions/actions, they simply use words. I sent all my proof and Arslan simply said, "better luck next time", "the CEO cannot be wrong"
Arslan is a little dim given that I screenshot the whole conversation, and the Discord conversations etc. He incriminated TFF in the act of fraud and admitted to false advertising in the message thread.
Given that TFF is on a 'sticky wicket' legally, not just for this but also their company set up, I am of the opinion that I should start the ball rolling in the UK & Dubai for various complaints.
When I get updates of progress, I will post here.
In the meanime... DON'T waste your money on this outfit. They are not fit for purpose or to be in business. They are essentially taking peoples money by deception. Just crawl through all the 1 star reviews. There is an obvious pattern.
If they are as good as they say they are, how could their TrustPilot score be on the floor?
Whatever TFF write below this review, just take them as lies and the usual 'cut and paste' nonsense they always respond with.
I can prove beyond doubt everything I have written. They cannot. Amatuers with children at the helm of the business and a CEO by name only.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Please do not throw your money at them and fall for their scams and giveaways.
A trade was placed on my account, that was closed in under a second. The trade was physically impossible for me to take, as a sell order was placed with a SL 891 pips below the order. Those that traded with them before, know that their system makes it impossible for you to place a sell with a SL below the open price. Secondly, one of their consultants told me that I had 6 different IPs, spread around all of South Africa, which is impossible as I am based in a single location. They then accused me of giving my login details to people. Their consultants are all rude and dismissive and I have all the proof of the chats. They now are now ignoring my messages and refuse to help me. They rejected my pay out and breached my account. The reason they seem to be cheaper than any other prop firm is because they do not payout and all of their payouts shown on social media are fake!

Where to even begin with this scam company.....i had 2 accounts, both passed, after wasting 3 month during migration and giving every excuse under the sun, they refused both of my payouts ($9k and $3k) due to breaches of news, despite me having an account they were promoting which allowed news trading 😕
After they realised they couldnt refuse for that reason, they made up another reason to refuse the payout for a rule that didnt exist before I had the account lol
Dont waste your time of money, If you have been put in the same position as me I suggest you go to your bank and report them so you can at least recoup the loss of the account purchase.
They also post fake payouts, delete posts on socials and generally are utilising a pyramid payment scheme....they are also NOT based in the UK as promoted!!!
Go with any other respectable prop firm out there!!!
