I received my order after 14days and…
I received my order from IZICOP after 14days from the date I placed my order and many emails in between where most remained unanswered. I realised after all that it's a untrasted site and the comments here are FAKE too. I received a NOT AUTHENTIC pair of wmns Nike air jordan 1 low ( all plastic, no label on, narrow in front and you can see from far away that it's wrong and IMITATION and stll have no answer about return policy and refund. I am a victim of fraud and request my money back. My order is #4494 and paid €153.40 for a fake Nike shoes. All these reviews that have a different experience obviously is not from real customers except if they send AND authentic shoes just to be easier to fool all the rest of us that didn't receive a real one! HIGH ATTENTION TO TRUST PILOT AND GOOGLE. CHECK THEIR CREDIT AND TAKE MORE INFORMATION BEFORE CAUSE THEY ARE SELLING FAKE SHOES WITH NO LABEL ON AND SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY.I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND THE SHOE AND THE ADDRESS. Vous avez validé votre commande le 30 Octobre qui a été expédié le 3 Novembre, sois 4 jours après.
Le tracking indique que le livreur est passé le 5 Novembre à 8h58 mais vous n'étiez pas là lors de la livraison.
Le colis a donc été déposé au point de dépôt le plus proche de chez vous et vous attend depuis maintenant 20 jours. Je vous invite donc à vérifier vos mails afin que vous puissiez récupérer votre paire de chaussures tant attendue.
N'hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez besoin d'aide ou si vous avez d'autres questions.
Nous sommes disponibles du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 19h30.

I haven't received the product for a month.
My order number is #1504, and I still have no email or message about the delivery on April 8th, and the customer center also said that it will be delivered on April 23rd, but I still feel like I was swindled because there is no news about the delivery in May. When will you send me the product?
If you're not gonna send my order, I want a refund. Please, I can't wait any longer.
