I was charged for a sold out product and its shipping fees
I contacted customer service a few days after placing my order to check why it hadn't shipped yet.
The answer said that the product I ordered was out of stock.
I was offered a coupon for a store purchase. A meaningless offer since I have already been charged for the sold out product and for its delivery.
I contacted customer service two more times, during the last week, but I did not receive an answer.
At this point I was charged for a sold out product and its shipping fees
