100% a scam out of India. Purchased a Ninja multi-function slow cooker. Transaction did not come up as Friendlygreenstore but as PJSROOFING.COM. I immediately emailed Friendlygreenstore at the email address on my order confirmation. It and multiple emails were rejected. I called the phone number on their website. It went to voicemail. I left a message and when they did not call back all my calls were automatically rejected. Website has also disappeared. I filed a dispute as soon as my purchase posted. Unfortunately friendlygreenstore said I got my purchase and refused to refund my money. I am still fighting the bank. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC.

I ordered a stroller and received a necklace I would like a refund 0 stars

Paid for their lotus ring not received it .been a year already .
E-mailed them countless times never got any replies from them .
They provided a tracking number for the parcel after I paid which is totally fake.
E-mailed them in the beginning of course got no reply from them.

Please do not throw your money away.
They are scammers and con people.
AVOID AT ALL COST if you don’t want to be scammed .

Ok So bought the Lotus Ring which worked out over £30.....100%money back Garanteed if not satisfied. I wasnt, so although got shipped from China, the returns Address is Czech Republic.
I sent via Post Office, Proof of Postage, who asked me the value and what's Enclosed.
Heard Nothing back from The Company who I messaged many times, So I put in for a Lost in Royal Mail etc On advise from Post Office Who provided me with Application Form.
I have received Today a reply from Post Office, there Sorry they cannot reimburse me as Czech Republic Policy Does Not Recieve Metals or Crystal's Etc into there Country!!!!
The Friendly Store, Basically this is All they See WORLDWIDE??? And there Based, All Returns Too Czech Republic!!!
Plus Why Didnt the Post Office Lady Pull me On This???
£30 Isnt Just a Few Quid I can Pass On...

If I could give this Company '0' I would have.

Purchased two of their water bottles. I requested to return the items, no response. I emailed 3 times, still no response.

I decided to follow their return instructions that they have online, forwarding the consignment details to them via email, still no reply.

The address nominated as their returns address is false.

The 'Not So Friendly Store' is located in the Czech Republic and clearly don't feel the need to follow their own policies and procedures.

I bought some pieces of jewelry for my family and everyone in the reunion loved the pieces I bought. They are asking where I bought it and referred them to your website.
