I placed an order in December 2025. I still have not received my order as a February 23, 2026. They did make many revisions to the portrait and I finalized it January 5. I have sent over 10 emails as this is their only form of contact. I have not gotten a single reply and every time have provided contact information as well as my order number. There is no telephone number to call. They have charged my credit card and I will be filing a dispute. This is definitely a fake company.

Ordered from them on Dec 22, 2025. Purchased a portrait for a friend who just lost her dog. Contacted late December via email (because that was their only form of communication). Customer service got back to me Jan 4, and apologized for the delay then stated it got lost with courier and was willing to do a priority shipping replacement. I stated I wanted to go ahead and do that since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. After following up over a week later to obtain tracking info, I've had no response!! I've went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank. I only waited this long because honestly was giving them some time and grace depending on the holiday rush and what not.

Placed an order end of Nov 2025 and here we are Jan 3 with no portrait. This was suppose to be a Christmas present 😂. This company is definitely a scam.

Print arrived damaged twice.
After letting seller know, they failed to respond to emails.

I was a bit skeptical at first as there weren’t any reviews on Trustpilot but I decided to order it anyway as it was a perfect gift for my sister and her dog. I had first seen it on Instagram and it looked legitimate. I ordered it around 30th November and they sent me the sketched portrait three days afterwards! And they had drawn our puppy so well! They do also make changes if you would like as well so it’s extremely helpful. I live in the UK and it took about 3 weeks to deliver so do keep that in mind when you order it but overall, an amazing product!
