I attended the clinic for a test
I attended the clinic for a test. The experience was good. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. They explained to me how the text will be done and throughout this time they always had a big smile on their face.

Professional and knowledgeable
The healthcare professional was very nice and seems to be be knowledgeable about her job. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the hygiene. I was a little taken aback when I was asked to lie on the bed but with no throw away liner. In fact no cover at all. So I was quite uncomfortable not knowing whether the bed had been disinfected after the previous patient. Overall it’s was an ok experience

A good place once past the booking stage
It took too long to book the appointment as there seems to be a messaging system between the person on the phone line & the person who actually books the appointment. Had to chase & only got a call back once appt was marked urgent.
Apart from problems booking the rest of the service was great

Review of advice
The review excellent - however medication was recommended and we were told this would available over the counter but this was not is was prescription medication only. In clinic the procedure was brilliant and relaxed as it could be. If it was not for the distance traveling this would be 5 star. Clinic location was Birmingham not mention in the list below.

We completely understand that travel distance can be inconvenient, particularly when it requires taking significant time out of your day. From the initial explanation of the procedure to the removal of the device the following day, everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. She took the time to clearly explain how the monitor worked, what I should expect, and how to document my symptoms accurately. Her calm and reassuring manner made what could have been an uncomfortable experience much easier. I truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Excellent care from start to finish.

Regarding the video, we will look into why this link was not working and get this sorted ASAP.
In terms of phone calls, we do absolutely accept them. We use a professional telephone answering service so that calls are never missed. All messages are passed directly to our admin team, and we contact patients back the same working day. This system is designed to ensure everyone receives a timely response while allowing our team to focus fully on patient care.
