I am using this prop firm from more than 3 months working hard for payout but still I didn't succeeded i hope I'll..

so I am giving 3stars not 5 because 2 weeks ago my account was breached due to daily loss limit which was completely not my fault it was system sfault it has not triggered stoploss and I got breached... So for few days I tried to contact team they said it was my fault i haven't managed risk management I said Stop loss is risk management still they didn't agreed their fault...

So Last week I reviewed about it on trust pilot may be
they saw my review and re analysed my account and anyhow they gave my account back with same loss which was -800$ which is very unfair they should have gave me back my account according to my stoploss..

So so now the thing is I gave 3 stars rating because of they apologized and accepted their system fault(gave other reason not stoploss reason lol) they accepted it which is good and I appreciate they accepted after a week...

-2 stars rating because
1. at first they didn't accepted their fault and argued and said it was my fault
2. They wasted my 1 week time
3. They said another reason for breaching not the exact reason
4. Didn't gave me back exact balance according to my stoploss..

i hope team will analyse the fault first and then judge the customer, you are because of us brother we are not because of you, you need to understand that thing without analysing you people said it was my fault you couldn't imagine what I am gone through,every single dream vanished in a second, please don't play with people feelings, you should prioritize customer first thats how a organization works, without customer organization couldn't survive long... I hope mayank should train his team thoroughly and work on it, we also want an Indian prop firm to be use by international traders too, as an Indian i want you to be successful and make india proud so please work on it...

Deshbord experience was good but slow response time and support seastem was slow if improve that becomes word best experience

What a scamming app... seriously do you guys have conscience left ? How can you run your shitty app like this?

You terminate account without any valid reason and when we mail you about this you respond with that you resolved the matter whenever in reality nothing gets actually resolved.

And you should clearly State rules you can't deactivate any account stating rules which doesn't exist in your rule book..

I have spent 15000 rs to get that damn account..I have purchased on emi how can you just terminate the account when i never violated any rules . Trash app please change your system.

And least could you do for your customer is that you can provide a damn contact no. So we can talk and understand not in Just that freaking email.which take ages for you to reply.

This platform uses hidden guidelines to cheat hard working traders. I spent six weeks hitting targets on a two step evaluation only for them to flag my funded account as failed right when I requested my first real payout. I checked their rules section completely and broke absolutely nothing, nor did I use any forbidden software. Finally i lost hope to recover my any accounts form this propfirms.
They provide reason and accepted i was eligible for updation on 30&31 may 2026 but they didn’t. This time for them to rectify their mistake but they are trying me to tempted. Like a update my review on the favour of them And they will give me “giveaway accounts” for sure.

But I don’t want any accounts without my rights.I just want my account back which you have failed due to invalid reason. I don’t want unjust to anyone by taking free give away accounts without participation and spread misinformation here by giving 5star review.

The best thing here i know that the Give away they do. Also purely fixed.
